Cant defo see that McGlynn has faith in Bowie and Smith which you could sort of tell from Clarks interview. I do think he’s slightly overplaying the situation though as he may be negotiating with players who think they can ask for more as we as desperate for a forward. Would be keen to know who this forward is that he is very keen to get on loan.

My guess is we’ve went with teams that are happy to play away from home as it makes the season tickets appear better value for money. Maybe i’m being cynical but seems very unusual.

Just because he’s training, doesn’t mean he’s signed. I’m not doubting he will but lets pray he doesn’t. No doubt has quality as we seen in both Queens games but doesn’t do it often enough and can’t imagine his attitude having a positive impact in the changing room.

A midfield of Gillespie, Hendry and Matthews would be fantastic. With Vaughan dropping into the no.10 roll when we need a more physical threat up top gives us everything we need in that area of the pitch.

Would rather get Laidlaw back than re-signing Lyness. I know he had his flaws but seemed to have improved during his time at Hibs and i’m sure he can’t be as bad as the pair we had. Would love to get Wright back but can’t see it happening.

After watching the video with Ali More, i’m more confident than i was going forward. I fancied the hybrid system and it sounds like McGlynn has some signings lined up with some likely as soon as this week (hopefully Hendry). Fingers crossed we can get Wright back on loan from Rangers and stick with him rather than this swapping keepers nonsense. I can see Davo getting a player/coach role and whilst I agree his better days are behind him, you only have to look at the last game to see he still has quality. Yes, he has a habit of having a go at other players but I found it mainly to be Crane, Wedderburn and Flanagan..can we really blame him? I’m not sure how long Dingwall is out for but if he’s fit in the next couple of months then i’d be happy to see him stay. I also hope that Vaughan stays with us, as does Matthews. Nisbet is also a must! What we need? A keeper, 2 full backs, 2 centre mids, 2/3 wingers and 2 forwards. Looks like John is going to be busy!

I don’t get it. Does he think he’s better than a coach because I haven’t seen any sign of that yet. Does he think he’ll get a better job elsewhere? Maybe assistant to Smith in his next job as and when that may be. But even then he may have to work with staff already at that club. He’s taken a bigger gamble than playing a 3-5-2 with Murray on the right wing!

Lets not bother with SuperHans/Eric/Martin and focus on something positive like the testimonial. Glad the Witch is getting what he rightfully deserves, just a shame it’s taken this long but better late than never.
