I did notice that as well, I'm just hoping he was caught up in the heat of the moment and it's not part of his game.

Varian is the total opposite of wee Vaughan and Keatings, form what I've seen of him I think he will get a few yellow cards as he seems to enjoy roughing defenders up.

The one thing I like about Armstrong is that he never hides regardless of how well he is playing, he never stops.

Deserved win for Arbroath and they should have scored more, but that was a shite goal to lose.

Hopefully the wind will hold the ball up better in the second half, too many through balls running out the park in the first half.

The alternative is going back to the 3-2-1-2 that we saw last season. I dont think playing with 8 outfield players will catch on.

Our game is normally short and sharp, using the full width of the park keeping the ball and recycling it when nothing is on. For what ever reason last night we hardly played the ball back to Robbie to keep the ball which we do when MacDonald is in goals, this normally pulls players out of position and gives us space to drop into and start another move. I'm putting last night into a bad day at the office catagory, I lost count of the times we picked the wrong pass or didn't play the pass that should have been made then lost the ball when we were up the park. Last nights result might just (hopefully) re-focus us or be the kick up the arse we needed.

I didnt have any issues with the stream, I listened to the Raith TV commentary which I paused a couple of times to sync with the feed. Best of both [emoji106]

I've said it before elsewhere and got a bit grief for it, but this is the best football I've seen the Rovers playing since our glory years, and long may it continue. Love our wee team [emoji23][emoji106]
