  1. Have we developed the story through random accounts further into... Ward being on trial for sexual assault? They danced around it and said it without saying it. Alternatively is this just more bluster and smoke, why not just come out and say what you know on an anonymous forum?
  2. Only seeing this because it's quoted but it's just reading like made up fantasy at this point
  3. Initially read that as 'Sorry, hobbit' and assumed you were apologising to Martindale
  4. For what it's worth as well, the new youth metric seems to be U23 rather than U21
  5. Yep, but that was the final 'pre-split' game for the Belgians. Good chance that game was meaningless. What team was it?
  6. Gets to stay local and gets a deserved move up - fair play to him. He's one of the few players that's probably deserved an upwards move in recent years. If not for his injury we may have been in a slightly better place at the minute.
  7. Yep, summed up nice and easy. Hilarious that as soon as someone criticises RHS you're jumped on by at least 3 accounts and potentially another 2 or 3 sniping from the side. Obviously struck a nerve with the Trust being under the microscope, is that their plan/idea rumbled now? The Trust has far too many big question marks over it to be healthy for the club at the minute, missing memberships, shadowy background figures banned from the stadium, no accounts filed. If not for the shares they hold they'd be utterly useless, and maybe that's what RHS are after. Especially given the upcoming court cases about dilution of shares and new ownership. Could that ~6% be of particular use to one side of the argument?
  8. The LFL Trust have fully lost the plot. Their members that are banned from the stadium, I presume are Hogarth/Rankine? The same group that sat on the board at the same time Rankine was allowed to rinse the club. They've picked their side, Hogarth/Rankine/Sumner. Their apparent involvement with Beurskens has alarm bells ringing as well. In that post alone, they've been proven to have lied. A majority of their AGMs and meetings have historically been held at the club. Only these new 'closed' meetings have been held at Crofthead Farm or via Zoom. When called on the lies they've resorted to legalese language and demanding apologies. The LFL wasn't always like this but those that have held control of it have utterly failed it for a long time now - they've either had the wool pulled over their eyes by people draining the club of cash via courts or are fully backing them. John Ward had repeatedly offered to attend the meeting and give his side of the story, and is now being denied. He's handed over evidence of shares to the LFL. Rankine, as of yet still hasn't replied to the request to give his side of the story. Why are the LFL not calling for Livingston fans to come forward and stand for election to the board, is this a back door so that Hogarth/Rankine/Sumner can instil their own people and gain support of the Livingston support? Already there's been members co-opted onto the board who were not elected. I absolutely do not trust these people to have a greater say in the club and an increased shareholding, at this point it's as good as handing the shares off to H/R/S. The claim that they have no insight into the boardroom battle alone is complete rubbish given their ties to Hogarth alone, let alone long standing historic ties to Rankine and the seat on the board under his rule. The one thing I do agree on, is the need for an open fan's forum at the stadium in which John Ward can brief the fans on the current on-goings, as he's been trying to do. The time has come for a new trust away from any side in this fight, an independent Livingston FC Trust with only the club's survival and prosperity in mind. Not to line the pockets of anyone. It has to start somewhere. It's our club, it's not a company there to make profit for anyone.
  9. Hilarious that the random accounts on here who were asking fans to 'just ask' Hogarth for his side of the story have gone all quiet. He's been asked, what now? I thought it was that easy and he'd just reply?
  10. Who knows, possibly just felt like it was getting too much attention or was responding emotionally to criticism - now onto the real point, if Hogarth doesn’t reply to this, his chance to give his side of the story, then why would Livi fans ever listen beyond this?
  11. Let’s hear both sides then. Or is he just going to hide away from it? Here’s his chance, like you’ve asked fans to do.
  12. Hogarth and Rankine involved in creating fake share issues? You'd wonder why Hogarth decided to jump into bed with known fraudster Rankine, maybe it was financial gain or maybe he's just that stupid to get dragged into it and made the scapegoat?
  13. By all accounts once we get this over and done with we can finally get moving forward, this thing with Rankine has been going on for almost 10 years. We were hit with a points deduction at one point because he had shares in Dumbarton and East Fife I think. Think he did East Fife rotten as well. A lot of this is just waiting for court cases to be done but hopefully we can get rid of the charlatans asap. I'm honestly unsure if Livi has the fanbase to make fan ownership even work at this point, but it could be what we need to actually build a fanbase. I think the LFL foundation has a good number of shares in the club, just been neglected and in cold stasis for years. The framework is there but needs someone to step up and take the reigns basically, but they can't even get a meeting on to sort that.
  14. Hey look! Another new account to block! More lies Where did the Roger names come from Neil?
  15. You'll probably have noticed the loads of new-ish accounts that have been posting on here, a few are up to 200 odd posts I think probably now. A lot of it stems from boardroom issues between John Ward vs Rankine + Hogarth. The club had debts to Rankine where he put money in to keep the club afloat, around 200-300k, but he's also been found out in court to be double and triple accounting the figures he's put in. He suddenly claimed the club owed him almost 1m, turns out it was only the 200-300k. Hogarth seems to be siding with Rankine and trying to get control of the club. We apparently had John McIlvogue come in and take over (the guy that saved Morton's Rolls) and apparently the plan was then to help get Americans to come in and invest - it was all put on hold with a new share issue though. Rankine/Hogarth/Sumner (who by all accounts is another front for Rankine) disputed the takeover and the creation of new shares to dilute their stake. A lot of this is about 3 or 4 cases, 2 have been heard with more to come. One was the Rankine double/triple accounting and the other one Livi's legal team seem to have made an arse of it but it still has to be fully sorted with another case to come. Seemed to revolve around Hogarth taking a cheque out the safe and giving himself money from the club without running it by anyone else, it was in the middle of COVID and it was apparently used to keep his other businesses afloat. All these court cases are draining money from the club, the away cup game to Celtic money will basically just go straight to helping legal costs. Apparently the budget was cut 30% going into this season when it was already the lowest in the league. Most of the new accounts on here are trying to turn fans against current folk trying to steer the club in the right direction so they can drain money out of the club as they've done in the past. This seems to be Ward finally giving fans some answers and clarity over the subject. There was meant to be a fans forum held by our supporters group but that was cancelled (mainly because there's no one running it and hasn't been for years, just inactive). That was meant to be where we'd heard from John Ward and fans could get a direction to pull in.
  16. There we go, more truth coming out regarding Hogarth. No doubt the random accounts on here will jump to his defence and have some answer for it. Maybe they'll just call it lies, who knows?
  17. When things go good, he's a legendary Livi manager, when they go wrong he's a degenerate drug dealer. He's worked on his success, it's not down to anyone else handing it to him on a plate. I don't think there's another manager out there that would wear Livi on his sleeve like DM does. It doesn't make the results acceptable though.
  18. How long does he need to suffer for the crimes he's committed though? Clear to anyone, surely, that he's moved beyond it and changed his life.
  19. Don't let the random accounts on here fool you, don't let them steal the club and steal the future from the club. RHS want to run the club dry and walk away.
  20. Nothing changed for me, I already know we're down
  21. Penrice posting on his Instagram that he's down in Leicester, wonder if he's getting a deal sorted with a side down that way
  22. It's a shame that this has just become a place where Rankine and Hogarth's lackies can just spout nonsense, make as many new accounts as they want and pretend there's even a group of Livi fans that think either Rankine or Hogarth are the answer. Pure disruption and creating unrest at a time where the club needs fans to pull together. This Livi space in the forum used to be good, but this has been a 6+ month campaign of utter nonsense at this point. The one thing it's solidified in me is that if Rankine or Hogarth are in control of the club, I won't be back until they're gone. Zero interest in further lining the pockets of individuals who've already taken money out of the club. That decision has been partly down to the now 5+ fresh accounts made by the same shill.
