  1. I wouldn't be too sure. My hamster went stiff as a board when I was a kid and we were convinced it was dead. Put it in a towel on top of a radiator and it was running about again a couple of hours later.
  2. The best car dealership I've ever dealt with were Bridgend in Ayr. Think they have places in Kilmarnock and Irvine too? Not sure if it was a one off but they gave me a good trade in price and were a pleasure to deal with. My current car was bought from Robins and Day in Glasgow (now closed I think) and it was a disaster. I drove there from Galloway to pick the car up and one of their staff had reversed into it. They gave me the option of leaving it with them to sort or they'd pay for it to be done somewhere local to me so I picked the latter. I got a quote from a friend I know who repairs cars and they refused to pay for it. So they had to send me a courtesy car and take my car back upto Glasgow to fix then drive back down and swap them over again. I would imagine it cost them more to do that than it would have been just to pay the price I was given. Idiots.
  3. Can you not use metacam when their legs start to go like that? My dad's dog got hit by a car and is on metacam for the rest of her days now. You wouldn't know there was anything wrong with her though. I've also used it for my own dog when he had a mysterious limp that wouldn't go away. It worked within days if I remember correctly.
  4. The Montrose player hit Rico in the face. I didn't see it, but heard it. I was just beside the Montrose dugout below the main stand. The boys I was with saw it and said the Montrose player swung his arm round and slapped him I think.
  5. Just tried that but didnt seem to work. Weird. I don't pay for Tapatalk pro. Could that be a reason maybe?
  6. I posted a while back in this thread asking if anyone had the same problem as me when clicking on twitter links on here. I always get "no app found" or something along those lines. I have the Twitter app installed and a link will work if someone sends me one on WhatsApp for example. Is it because I'm using the Tapatalk app or does no one else have this same problem?
  7. Sounds like they give away a good amount of tickets if you managed to get to a lot of games? I've been with sky for years and never entered for anything before. Now you have me thinking I'm going to win everything I enter...
  8. Am I being stupid or is there no home adult tickets available to buy online?
  9. Think you're right. Wasn't expecting that at the start of the game.

    Gigs

Good stuff. Kinda gutted I didn't go but I had to choose between that and Guns n Roses next week at Glasgow green. Will soon find out if I made the right decision...

    Gigs

How busy was it for this? I had a friend up there and the videos he sent made it look like there wasn't that many people there. Might have just been the angle he was filming or something.

    Sons of Anarchy

Ahh that'll be why I can't see it then. I have a TV shows section on an IPTV but hasn't came up yet. Will keep an eye out. Cheers.

What are you watching this on? Id read it was on Disney but they only have upto season 3 and can't find it anywhere else.
  14. When I lived in an old farmhouse, the attic was absolutely infested with mice. I set 3 traps everyday at least once and got bored of having to keep throwing dead mice over the garden wall. I ended up getting a pest control guy out to set some poison out for them. About two days later I came home from work and there was a mouse sitting on my doorstep just staring into space coughing up blood. I felt fucking awful after that so vowed to never use it again. I actually gave up using traps too eventually before I moved. The only problem they ever gave me was a bad smell when one of them died in the wall.
  15. Yeah I can usually tell the difference but this one just kept peeking out at me from underneath and wouldn't come out until I was gone. I had 4 chickens at the time so was a bit worried what it was after but it didn't bother them as far as I'm aware.
  16. At my last house out in the countryside, I had built some decking in the garden and I had a stoat or weasel either living underneath or had been using it as cover to pass through. I also had ducks sitting on eggs just over the dyke at the end of the lawn. I even woke up one morning to a cow standing outside my back door. Now I live in the town with no garden and it's shit [emoji17]
  17. Lovely guitar. What amp are you using? My pal had a similar jazzmaster and couldn't get over how bright it was so sold it and used a squire instead which sounded amazing for a cheap guitar. That was through a little Yamaha THR so would love to hear it through a bassbreaker or something along those lines.
  18. My alarm is set for 6am but I'm usually out walking the dog by that time. I wake up about 5.40 and get out of bed almost instantly. I suspect I might be a bit of a freak after reading this thread.
  19. Now you say that, we were actually asked at check in if we were fully vaccinated (jet2). We just said yes and off we went. No one asked for proof at either airport though.
  20. I'm in Gran Canaria just now and didn't get asked to show any proof of vaccination at all. No one is wearing masks either apart from staff and public transport/taxis. All seems very relaxed now so would imagine Fuerteventura will be similar.
  21. Does this actually bring up more results than just scrolling through the different genres?
  22. Ahh. Not sure why it said that then Cheers.
  23. Just noticed on the jet2 app that you only have to fill out the passenger locator form for the canaries if you're not fully vaccinated. It also says "in the case of minors, an adult can fill out the form on their behalf". Does this mean I'd still need to fill out a form for my daughter as she's under 12 but not have to fill out one for myself?
  24. Sorry just saw your post. Yeah the DSL20 sounded fine while practising with a band in a hall but couldnt get a good sound while using it at home even with the switch to a lower wattage. Haven't tried the DSL5 so couldn't say if they're any good or not. I've read online that some people use the DSL20 with an attenuator and it made it playable for home practice. Might be worth looking into.
  25. Have you managed to get through Manchester airport yet? I fly from there in a few weeks and I'm seeing nothing but reports of huge delays and utter chaos due to staff shortages. I'm hoping it's just the news exaggerating a bit.
