That would be an all time f**k up to put a clause in the deal like that considering he'd already signed a pre-contract. Desperation on their part most likely.

Yeah the team looked a lot better once Ferguson dropped deep and Hedges came on further forward. I don't see him dropping Ferguson so guessing it must be one of the other two and considering he just signed Mcgeough Ojo does seem the more likely.

Campbell would probably make sense. Especially once Bryson is back he'd be down the pecking order. If Sunday is anything to go by fitting Ojo and Mcgeough together could be an issue and one of them may need to be on the bench.

A little surprised, although obviously not disappointed to see McInnes saying he's still looking to bring in one or two before the window is over. Would be a pretty big squad if everyone got fit again and doesn't say a lot about his recruitment over the last 2 or 3 years that so many are needed even if there are a few injured.

Genuinely have no idea who would/could be lined up. Robinson's done a good job at Motherwell but as you say both McGhee and Brown did too. Unless Cormack used his contacts to line up someone a bit left field. Don't think theres any obvious candidates. Tommy Wright has done a decent job at St Johnstone but they seem to be on the decline now so I'm guessing his days of being linked with bigger jobs may be over.

The lad Giles was on the bench for Wolves last night. Think they have some injuries in his position so he was recalled for cover. I would guess from that he wouldn't be let go until they bring someone else in.

That's pretty much how I feel as well but I remember having similar feelings about Claderwood at the end too. I'd like to think they'd only punt him if they had a plan in mind rather than getting rid and ending up with another McGhee or Brown.
