The meltdown from some Bonnyrigg players has been the highlight of this whole shambles.
Toys out the pram because they are 3rd.
Poor George Fraser being slaughtered when he's doing the right thing and his club actually lose out [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
Kelty and EK just playing the bottom half (10/13 and 9/12) leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
Kelty deserve to be champions based on last season. Hope they go up and relegate Brechin.
I also hope Jeanfield are promoted from the EOSL in a similar scenario5 -
I would imagine that we woukd take up an elected champion for eos and wos and pay 17 again.Probably taking the long game approach. 2 up this year. Severely weakens the HL and Club 46 is likely to be a weaker opponent.
Also cuts them back down to 15 keeping bottom clubs in the LL from relegation at least another year.
Not sure if Stranraer reserves could cone up, if they coud then go for 18!0 -
Aye. I'm only okay with them getting in if it opens up the pyramid.FTFY (agreed with your last point)
Was 100% against it but that wouldnbe my one comprimise0 -
[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] cant blame him for wanting to play league oneSean brown admitting he wants to join east Fife in the summer in his first interview for them. Hope he doesn't score any goals for them and has no option but to stay with us [emoji106]1 -
So basically pie off VOL and the uni teams etc for the big juniors. The poster of the info below posted about Brechin City's moves to get the Club 42 boundary rule changed long before it was common knowledge, so he probably knows what he is talking about.

The information that I have indicates that the SPFL clubs will not agree to automatic relegation until the Lowland League is closer to comprising the 16 strongest clubs available to it. That puts the onus of the Lowland League to strengthen from below.
Hilarious.
Absolute wet wipes1 -
There's no question about expansion or automatic relegation to HL/LL.Plans to introduce Celtic and Rangers B teams into League Two for the start of next season are being finalised for a vote by SPFL clubs. Supporters Direct Scotland have engaged supporters on this topic in the past, but are keen to know whether the opinions of Scottish football supporters has changed.
The survey is open now at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/XLJSRN2
The colts can f**k off if there's no expansion and no automatic relegation.
A 16 team league should have at least 1 going down and 1 into a play-off.5 -
The WOSL tweeted that they're hoping to have a scenario where everybody has played each other once and they've played at least 50% of their games. Theybhave scrapped the original fixture list to make this happen.
This would allow them to use PPG to determine places and crown a champon (who hopefully has a license) to get a crack at the LL.
My main question is, will we relegate VOL or expand to 18?0 -
They're working on it. It's whoever runs our server that's having the issueOn a completely different subject.... is there any sign of our official club web site getting back on line any time soon / ever?1 -
The piehut at Alloa is the best by an absolite mile
Hello everyone,
i have been asked to write an article for an upcoming magazine piece and I’m looking at focussing on Scottish Football’s iconic pie huts/refreshment stands around the grounds!
I’ve already got the iconic pie hut from Arbroath but where else do you think should feature and can anyone help with access to take some photos at them?
Thanks2 -
I just came on for a read and seen alot of people slagging the wee rose for taking Forfar to extra time.Bearing in mind East Stirlingshire got beat 4-1 by a gang from Tranent in the cup I thought you would have been focusing your wit and analytical input on the midweek game v the BU's.
I'm under no illusions we were pumped out by an EOS side [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
Hopefully we bounce back on Wednesday. Hoping it actually goes ahead!0 -
How did Bo'ness get on in the Scottish yesterday?
Couldn't find their result.1 -
Behave Jerry. Is that not your boys style? [emoji849]
Outstanding from Bonnyrigg tonight. Didn’t deserve to lose that. To think some people want football at this level stopped.
The numbers don't lie, think that was penalty 11 and 12 for them this season.
Credit to Bonnyrigg for their performance, something you can all be proud of1 -
Hahahhahahaha fuckin love it!
Doing it the Bonnyrigg way, hope you boys hold on and have a class night celebrating!0 -
PENALTY TO THE ROSE
Some things never change [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]2 -
I dont think that'll happen. To be honest I dont want to know now. What good would it do anyone?Wtf is going on. Someone has to spill the beans. Make a new account if you dont want it in your name
What's done is done and everyone needs to move on.0 -
Its only 1 day out of 365 though.Oh dear Selfie looks like it’s been a bad day for your club. How will whatever has happened do for morale for the rest of the season?
C’mon The Rose [emoji257][emoji257][emoji257]
Back to looking forward to giving Spartans a doing on Saturday as a measure of revenge for firing us out the cup

It depends how high his wages are tbh.
I cant say that I'm overly pleased he's signed for one of our main rivals though0 -
You have money and like to sign golden oldies. It was written in the starsDidn’t see that coming like [emoji6]0 -
Its tough to play Bonnyrigg. You might fare better during the week by sticking to some social distancing from them inside the box [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Seems BU have fallen victim to Bonnyriggs 'fall down anywhere in the box' tactic.
Would lobe to see the penalties award to each team this season1 -
Bonnyrigg just pick and choose what home games they want to play. Usually depends on injuries ans suspensionsNo idea how Ainslie Park couldn't be made playable but NDP is between a grass pitch in the temps we've beeen having, never mind one with a slope like theirs.3 -
You too mate!Hahahaha. luvviitt Self.
I do appreciate someone that can look at the funnier side of things.
Yeah, a setback.. a kick in the teeth, but not the end of the world.
You guys are still one of the top LL teams.
Hoping you have a Happy New Year.
Been happy that Bo'ness have came up and had a good start. Hopefully therebwill be some sort of capacity for fans whne our games are rearranged!2 -
Dont forget the wind and rain! It’s these grass pitches.0 -
