I was able to get into Shire vs Glasgow Utd at the weekend. 250 capacityDoes the current protocol allow fans in to friendlies?0 -
They've survived the last 2 seasons due to covid. Was at a loose end so headed to Newbyers for Arniston Rangers v Vale of Leithen friendly last night. My main take away from the game was how the hell are Vale a LL outfit?
The top EoS and WoS teams would easily tear them apart. I know it's a friendly and early doors but they really are poor for this level. Surely relegation and promotion should be increased to allow teams to find their level more quickly.
They'll go down this year1 -
I feel like you're missing part of the question hereOnly a second hand rumour, but Reis Peggie?1 -
Whats going on at Berwick with these contracts?
2 years with an option of a third? [emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85]0 -

Im just waiting on them announcing the resigning of robbie winters to bring the average age of the squad back down.[emoji16]3 -
Yawn.out of interest who will ekfc 'fans' and bsc 'fans' support when clubs no longer about? sure they will find another club to latch onto.0 -
Yawn.Jordan Tapping making his way to the much better & bigger club. No brainer really.
Your time will come and when it does I'll be there loving every minute1 -
More than good enough. Huge loss for usStenhousemuir have signed Jordan Tapping from yourselves. What did you make of him? Is he good enough to make the step up to League 2? I know he was on loan at Edinburgh City over the latter part of last season but I'm not sure how well he did.
Thanks in advance!2 -
McBookie seem to think that its not confirmed where they'll end up.Congratulations to Kelty Hearts on their promotion to league 2 and the SPFL.
Looking forward to visiting Glebe park with the rest of the Valley boys to see Deveronvale play there ..
I thought it was agreed they'd go highland0 -
Dry your eyes mate. You finished 3rd.Stiffed by East Kilbride for a place in the league cup.
the lowland league management are making it up as they go along0 -
Does the S in BSC stand for Stenhousemuir?

You are so rattled by this. When does the bidding rights war begin for BSC Glasgow vs Rangers u-20s in an empty Recreation Park begin? Who'll be picking up the international rights, ESPN?
Are you okay mate?
I dont agree with the decision either before you get the pitchfork out1 -
This will include Shire supporters from now on.
Berwick fans have disappeared since their club went down the shitter and the rest of the LL wanks XI either have no fans or the ones they do have are probably all OF/"Scotland" fans already.
I dont really care for any other club outwith my own tbh.
I'm disappointed but not surprised it's been voted in. The £3500 quoted will be a big help to some clubs after covid where surviving is the number 1 priority. The LL didnt get the same grants as the SPFL did.
I'm sure there will still be more to come on this from our club. It's too silent at the moment.0 -
George Fraser has been nothing but outsranding for the LLI would like to see Bonnyrigg, CSS, and the other three clubs who voted against the proposal resign from the LL in protest and seek admission to the EOS/WOS/SOS for next season.
A vote of no confidence in George Fraser should be a given at the AGM.1 -

Staying in dundee hasn't done your brain any favours [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]Oh no! We'll just need to find someone else to score worldies against Stirling Uni, miss crucial penalties and shoot pointlessly straight from kick off!1 -

A shame for Johnny Brown, great player when I've watched him but you can understand his decision. Big loss for you

So much rage for Vale of Leithen on here , last two supporters are hilarious, one supports a club that stunk out the SFL/SPFL for years and the other that hasn't been near getting into SPFL in their short time in the seniors.
I supported the introduction of the pyramid and knew fine well we'd be the first victim.
It was brought in to stop clubs like mine (and now Brechin) from holding a spot way above where they should be.
We have found our level and VOL need to do the same, that's all.

Aye get rid of VOL. They've beneffited far too much from this. They'll probably go straight down againI certainly hope not.2 -
I really hope this happens but Mr Ferguson has some lowerful friends on the boardBrechin should rightly be told to go to the Highland League if relegated. They don't have a solid argument at all. Chancing b*****ds.0 -
I also think theres a chance Brechin will try to bully their way into the LL too, so thay could be a factor
2 -
VOL are treading water. I would've relegated them last season. The whole point of making an agreement before games were played was that clubs would not know what position they'd be in at the point the league needed to be called. The agreement was put in place specifically because everyone knew there would be a significant chance the season would be cut short for reasons outside the control of any club.
Of course VoL are throwing the toys out the pram because they could be adversely affected but if that agreement was made, then they're entirely justified in doing so. At last we can finally put this idea that the LL are any more about "sporting integrity" than the SPFL right into the bin.
They deserve to go down.
Kelty deserve to be champions, purely after the shamble that was last season.
I can see the arguement about fixtures etc but they won the league fair and square last season with no reward.
I'd be cool with an expansion to 18 and Jeamfield joining, but if we promote we need to relegate too.
