  1. Genuinely can’t believe that Gallagher signed for us 5 years ago this summer. Time has just flown in since the season that was cut short when the lockdown started! I was away for the weekend when he scored that last minute winner against Falkirk, but I can remember going absolutely bananas in the hotel room. As someone previously mentioned, that win really felt like the turning point for the club as we’d never won any big games like that for years previously! We had been so used to being a mid table League 1 club.

The commentator does the post match interviews and opened the interview with McIntyre by saying we’ve just lost 2-0

He ignored Abroath’s goal as much as he ignored the T in the name Ballantyne. “Cammy Ballan-ine” 😂Enjoyed his commentary though, he was like Scottish footballs answer to Jerry The King Lawler.

Having worked in customer service for years nothing about the general public amazes me so I'm not surprised to read about folk moaning about having to move 10 seats along or not being able to park in their usual spot etc.

As for the complaints about 'glory hunters', we should be encouraging more folk to come to the games, not drive them away, I took my friend who's a Rangers fan to the Inverness game last month and he was impressed with Airdrie, even more so that he's coming along to hospitality with me to the Arbroath game next month.

I've never seen Airdrie play Hearts at home before so I'm excited and really looking forward to the occasion, hopefully a cracking support and atmosphere.

I've seen Airdrie win the challenge Cup twice but it would be amazing for the younger fans to see Airdrie win a trophy and that would be something they would remember forever, and hopefully have them keep coming back.

I'd honestly take the comments on FB or other forms of social media with a pinch of salt, folk just like a moan about anything.

Hit the nail on the head. I started properly getting into Airdrie when I was 14. In that season we knocked Heart out a cup on penalties and then won the challenge cup a couple of months later.

Hopefully this season sees the exact same fate!

Would imagine he’d be outwith our budget but Ben Wilson was a Consillium player who caught my eye. Striker who’s scored 16 goals in 21 games for Cliftonville so far this season (according to Google). Bit skeptical about how goals at that level would translate to the Scottish Championship but don’t think it’d be that far off this level.

Players like that in the Northern Irish league usually get moves to the likes of Blackpool, Barnsley, Portsmouth ect.

Watched it on the stick, felt it was quite comfortable and big Deniz didn’t have much to do apart from a really good save later in the second half.

Summers looked good, oh boy have we missed him. Great for Matty getting a goal, typical Matty Todd arriving late in the box type goal.

Charles Young spraffing some sh*te on SportSound, I’m sure he said something about Airdrie being hard done by and wondering how they didn’t get something from the game. It could have been 4/5 before Airdrie got the penalty in stoppage time.

Puts a bit of distance between our self and Airdrie now, big game next weekend at home to Thistle!

We deserved the square root of F all today.

Sean Mcintosh best career highlight was the last minute winner against the rovers where he punched the ball into the net for a 4-3 win

Absolute scenes that day. Best part was the Rovers goalie Ross Stewart giving it stinking to the Airdrie fans behind the goal after they equalised in the dying minutes, only for Airdrie to get the winner a few minutes later 😂

I think Albion Rovers were training on Saturday, presumably at the stadium as usual, so wonder if he just stuck around for the game like some of the Celtic B players used to? We do need another Owen Moffat type rumour so I’m all for it.

That would make sense. But aye, we need a new rumour, which I’ll fuel by saying he wasn’t wearing his Rovers tracksuit in that picture or when I seen him in the stand… 😊

Nice strike from Joe Bevan….. 18 year old and he looks a player.   Have only seen him in a couple of highlights and playing in the Championship is a big step up from Rovers level but I’d take a gamble on him for sure

Not to start a rumour or anything but I’m about 80% sure I seen him in the stand at our game on Saturday with an older gent (possibly an agent?). I wasn’t fully sure it was him at the time though, but thought I recognised him. Even spotted him again in Raith’s match day video. For all I know though, he could just be a random boy going to watch the game with his grandpa 😂 but Albion Rovers weren’t playing on Saturday, so maybe was him!

So he signed for KH on 04/03, the week before we hammered them 6-0.  Watched it back, doesn’t seem like he played in that game?   Great to see Gabbys goals and ‘that’ goal from CalGal.  So don’t know why he was left out for that game unless he was injured? You would think he’d come on as a second half sub?   I’d need to look up match but don’t see him in highlights

I checked the lineups on the website and he wasn’t involved in that game.
