  1. Not sure why the EK fans on here cant understand why people don't like him.  His tweet on saturday about players being out injured and suspended before the game as some sort of excuse is a bit embarrassing, then this crap about albion rovers training, albion can frankly train where and when they want, what does it have to do with him, he never really gives the opposition any credit despite any team that beats them having a tiny fraction of a budget he has.  This on top of the whole soldiers of love caper from last year. Don't have any evidence to say he is a bad guy but a complete weirdo for me.

  2. It looks like our fate is almost sealed now, there is nothing about the management and team that give me any hope we can string a few results together and thats hard to say as I normally always look for positives. The appointment of McIntyre hasnt worked at all, every time I hear him speak or watch him at the touchline I just don't see how he can motivate or inspire a team. We really needed someone better in.

Awww, another sore loser who can't take someone else's opinion.

Its weird how the oddballs come out in force when things are all going wrong, people ranting like they own the club, people calling directors criminals, people calling out our own players.

I'm glad as supporters, that the odd behaviour is in the minority, but for the odd few on here, its great entertainment.

What was it i said previously that you didnt like?

    1. DC was a terrible manager and that he wouldnt change his tactics? ( I was right )

    2. Was it the time i said there was bother in the dressing room, and 4-5 signed players left, i was called out and told there was no rift and that i was " havering " ( think again i was proven right )

    3. Was it the time i said Noubles mates will not do, Dick said he was using Nouble and his contacts from down south to find players, this was in one of the local papers. ( I was right again all were pish and all gone now )

Maybe its the truth you dont like.

Whether i was right or wrong, people are allowed an opinion, and you will just have to suck it up if it doesnt fit with yours.  But i think even a dummy like you would be able to tell, one of us was giving out the info, and one of us havers on here, shame your to thick to realise.

You surely cannot STILL be banging on about all this?

You really are a complete simpleton, if you have an opinion on a manager or a player its exactly that, it isn't truth or fact, you then go onto say people are allowed an opinion whether you are right or wrong but you don't seem to like it when people questioned the so called rift or the noubles mates thing.

  4. Its been a shambles of a season, other than the 4 game winning streak in August we have been out of our depth, poor quality signings from both managers and a horrendous injury list.

The goalkeeping situation needs sorted asap, Gaston needs to be back in or else serious questions need to be asked, agree also about our set up last night, seemed all wrong from the offset. McIntyre close to making this his own team now, 6 of his additions started last night so he needs to get us set up in a way where we actually look like competing and carrying some sort of threat, even if its with a view to next season.

Not sure the issue with Bird?? unless i have missed something.

  5. Cant see any of our current players dropping down to league 2, other than Balde who's just went to East Kilbride.

I cant recall how many points we were ahead of relegation spot when Dick and Ian took over but remember them steadying the ship, then completely overhauled the squad and won league 2 on the last day the next season (one of my favourite seasons ever watching Arbroath) we then reached the play offs in season 2 in league 1, following season we romped league 1 and then stayed in the championship comfortably almost achieving promotion to the premier, wheels came off a bit since the defeat at Kilmarnock but nice to see him back involved.

Expect a bit of a rollercoaster at times but cant see it being anything other than successful.

  6. Never seen the hype about Balde, he was ok when he first came then the opening stages of this season he was miles of it, not a championship player for me. Take into the account the off field baggage, it looks like McIntyre came to the same conclusion as Campbell did. Good luck to the lad.

  7. Good luck to the lad, a quick look sees he has played a handful of games with Marine, Curzon Ashton, Farsley and Alfreton Town, would suggest it will be a big jump up in standard to the championship. Would imagine he is another we will be putting up, so should be training every day, god forbid he stays fit !!

Training under the previous management was awful even for a part time team, at best an hour on the park and little to no real training,  just shape work and shooting. Trying to compete with full times has always been a struggle, as you can imagine, DC, Pink and Big Rab are not exactly building up peoples fitness levels etc.

No real injury prevention happens, and recently advertised for a Physio on Instagram, which is laughable.

Coupled with the fact the the previous management didnt understand squad rotation, keeping players match fit and that type of thing, various people left with no minutes for 6 weeks at a time, to me it seems like mismanagement on all of the above has caused all of these problems.

But our own fans really do think its down to (  bad luck )

Were a part time club, previous regime treated it as such and were always going to struggle fitness-wise. We dont have a reserve team or anything to keep bodies fit, and play St Johnstone in about 8 bounce games per season to try and get minutes in legs now and then, but its a bit of a farce in all honesty .

Another wild, crazy post, this is the first season we have really struggled with injuries, its a freak season, I would imagine we could look towards our physio situation, type of training, amount of training etc but it genuinely seems a freak for me. Injuries seem to have got even worse recently so cant be blamed on either management team.

The past few seasons I actually think our fitness, intensity and general work ethic was a major part in where we finished in the league.

I know for a fact that we have played quite a few bounce games against all sorts of opposition and would think McIntyre will continue this when everyone is back fit so the point about st johnstone is just made up nonsense. We're not some two bob outfit like you make it, club is run very professionally.

  9. Agree with Simon, with everyone available or even only 1 or 2 missing we are every bit as good as QP, Ayr, Inverness and Dunfermline and whilst we'd maybe be in the bottom two come the end  I would be confident we could make a right fist of it and at least take it to the last few games.

Can't criticise McIntyre too much, his hands are tied, not sure some of his signings have been great but we simply needed bodies to fill a team, the fact that the team held out so long last night was really quite amazing (or maybe just that Ayr are poor)

Bit tough on Ali Adams, can't quite believe he was left out, but again due to another injury we have to bring in a loan and the lad is not coming in to sit on a bench.

  10. I can understand Ayr wanting it on, everything fine just now weather wise and pitch seems in good nick. The forecast could change etc etc.

I am not sure what normal protocols, rules are in place here but the SFA / maybe even police should surely be stepping here to avoid the inevitable, its absolutely abhorrent to ask our players and supporters to make the travel in the expected conditions. Scottish football at its farcical best.

  11. Unsure how anyone can be critical of Stowe after that, the lad put in a terrific shift in terms of effort and was lively throughout. He’s hardly played so to be quoting his goals and assists isn’t a true reaction imo. Jacobs very good again, the overall fight was there and there’s really nothing between most of the teams. Hopefully the break helps us

  12. Good luck to the lad and definitely great to get a defender in with all the injuries we have. It seems we may be continuing with the hybrid system. Can’t see this guy coming over for 18 months to train two nights a week. Thought these type of signings may have finished with the sellars scouting regime being ripped up.  Be interesting to see if he is ready to come straight in. I suspect he’ll be similar to Banks

  13. Should’ve won that yesterday no doubt. The points return from Morton, Raith and Dunfermline didn’t merit our performances but feel it’s been an opportunity lost. I didn’t agree with all the doom and gloom a few weeks ago, we had some injury issues but we’re a match for anyone in the league with close to our full team out. I thought Dunfermline were very poor, it’s going to be one almighty battle for that 4th play off spot and avoiding the bottom 2 positions.
