They wouldn't be out until after Friday's SCC fixtures anyway, plus Conference A has a ground share with an SPFL club so it's another week until those come out.
Ah cheers

Thought we might have seen them by now?

Some teams are not releasing players because they players have not handed in the strips or training gear. Some bigger clubs can afford it but a lot of clubs in the WOSFL cant, so they require the gear back. So the club is in their right to retain the player until he hands the match and training kits back
Aye right. The SFA would love to hear that case.

Sadly as predicted some teams not acting in the spirit of the agreement in releasing players immediately.

How did Winton's proposal get on?

Yes spite, hearing some examples already, complete fence siting in my opinion.
no wages issues, don't start til season kicks off.
Hope the SFA are staffed up to hear disputes.

So a current club can prevent a player training with new club til 17 days before season starts.
That seems harsh on players wanting to move?

Correct me if I'm wrong with theses dates.
Teams can train from 17th May.?
Clubs can hold players contracts til 30th June.?
Season starts 17th July?

Definitely excited about a July restart but at the same time apprehensive about the horrible thought of games without fans.

So if I'm hearing this correct clubs clubs have been ASKED to release players now who won't be signing for next season.
I await the mayhem.

Current contracts terminated now then to allow players to train with new clubs on 17th May?

Any proposed start dates confirmed?

Lets be totally honest most of us are wishing our clubs were in Darvel's position. It's constant quest for support of your club, and they gave raised the bar big time.

No assumptions, we will wait for the Scottish Government to decide that.
So start 17th anyway?

The Board of the West of Scotland Football League have confirmed that following the statement by the First Minister yesterday, the remainder of the 2020/21 League football season has been cancelled and declared null and void.
No shit Sherlock

Starting on 17th April is ludicrous.

Another statement saying nothing.
Maybe after tonight's SGM the West will man up, call it null and void and get plans in place for a safe and timely start to 2021-22.

Get in called now, keep everyone safe for a clean start in July

With some teams having only played 4 or 5 games it is being extremely optomistic/ nieve to envisage the season being completed.
