Our first home game in what seems like an eternity (well, 4 weeks), and against a team we haven't played yet this season. Will have to keep Miovski quiet, but have to say that, every time I've seen the Dons play, that big Serbian (?) central defender looks a total bombscare. Hopefully, he can gift us a few chances. It'll be a nervy, close game, and I'm predicting a 1-1 draw.

Don't know if anyone from the club website team reads this or not, but the front page of our website has a list of our trophies won, and we are missing a Challenge Cup victory. Can't believe that they would omit Mark Craib's finest hour in Dark Blue...

Our two games in hand are Aberdeen and Hearts, both away. The Hearts game is scheduled for late January (23rd?), no date for the trip to the Sheep-Bowl yet…

"Our squad is severely depleted by injuries and we have European competition to focus on as well". Just play one or two of the 20-odd squad members that never get a start. Also, you'll be getting papped out of Europe before too long, so that won't be an excuse much longer...

We haven't had our customary run of zero wins in 8 or 9 games yet. I don't think we will get dragged into the relegation mire, but we have been dropping a fair few points recently. I'm sure the Doc will get it right, but I think we have been given the "they'll be fine" judgement by the majority of pundits a little too early yet. Livi do appear to be in freefall and Well are the same. County & the Fermers are putting decent runs together just now, but not sure if they will last over the festive period. Aberdeen should be fine, but if they sell Miovski and don't replace him with someone as good, they could have their Hibs moment yet...

Least Interesting surely must be Montrose. No offence to our in-bred Angus community dwellers, but not sure they have done anything to register on the radar of anyone else. Ever.

Reading the BBC article, I forgot that we appealed the decision and the appeal wasn’t upheld. So, how does this panel come to a different decision then??? Thy are basically saying that, not only did the referee get it wrong, the appeal board did too…

It was mentioned a wee while ago about whether to have results against the bigot brothers included or not. I would say “yes” with the provision that, if any placing issue goes down to goal difference, the goal difference against them should be removed from the calculation.

I was speaking to a couple of mates the other day who both follow football quite closely, and neither of them had heard about it too. Maybe it just passed us all by, but more likely it's just another example of how little media attention given to anything not immediately and directly connected to the Bigot Brothers...
