What percentage of his transfers have been a success, and is it what one would expect?

Problem is, he has signed over 40 players, and maybe had 5 good ones. He has also given 3 year contracts to some absolute diddys. He has had almost 3 years, he looked very promising, but that has gone. The balance of the team is comical, the squad is awful, the tactics look dubious at best. Even with Hemmings, Stewart and Harkins we struggled, he has had his time, Hartley out ASAF.

And I have addressed that on every occasion.

He was brilliant today, finally looked as good as his potential/hype. He looked bigger and stronger today, and seemed confident, most things he tried came off, keep that up, and he will be some player.

Last few home league wins, 2nd May against Utd, 2nd April against Ross County then February 12th against St Johnstone. Relegation form, the backers need to get a grip.

Signing out of contract players midseason is pretty much a sign of desperation, Gomis, Hateley and Haber are just pathetic. Hartley couldnt win games with Hemmings and Stewart, what chance do we have now. He better not spin this, p45, nothing else is acceptable.

Hateley, FFS he is awful, Williams, never a player. The rest not much better. Thats Hamilton, Partick Thistle and Killie at Dens, 2 points from those 3 games. We are absolutely awful, disgraceful performance yet again. He can not survive tonight, if he does, we will not survive this season. Make a change and we have a tiny chance.

Its time people realise this isnt a blip, our form throughout 2016 has been dire, I genuinely believe that Utds demise has led to DFC fans overlooking just how poor we were the second half of last season. We have been going backwards for quite some time. Even with Harkins, Hemmings and Stewart we struggled to win games, no one would expect the replacements to be as good/effective, but they have been simply awful.

Rather keep Hartley to be honest. Pressley is the definition of a bellend.

Our form is dreadful, anyone would be an improvement.

Didnt make todays game, bur from the reports I have read, we were terrible. Its no surprise, we have been absolutely shite this year, this season is going to be dreadful. We are almost at the point of no return, we need at least 4 points from our next two games. We are doing what Utd did last season, its obvious where this ends, unless we start picking up results within the next few weeks. The club need to start thinking about changes, and they need to implement these changes if we are still bottom come November. Can we not turn back the clock, I miss Harkins, Stewart and Hemmings, it was never going to easy to replace them, but our signings are the worst in the league. That simply isnt good enough.

Thats a belief, possibly a hope, but certainly not a fact. I did make it very easy for you, I highlighted the key words. No one can guarantee anything, but I believe a new manager can change our season. Thats just an opinion by the way. If trying to belittle someone at least use the correct words. Two wins for us, in a row? Never going to happen. We didnt beat Hearts yesterday, nor are we arent sitting 7th in the table, we were beat again, and now sit bottom. On this seasons form we will finish with 25 points, Utd were relegated in shame with 28 points, 8 points behind 11th place and a huge 15 points behind 10th place. Doom and gloom is absolutely necessary here.

Theres a lot of sense in that. I agree about his arrogance, thats a key factor in me wanting him out, always has been. He is a poor mans Gordon Strachan, nothing has been more evident this week. However, I do think we could get better, and I really dont believe someone like Hartley is capable of change, I dont think his flaws can be fixed. The squad is now his own, we have too many iffy defenders, far too many central midfelders, awful wide options, and strikers who cant score. Only Hartley can be help accountable for the squad this season. I agree this season is about avoiding relegation, and I dont believe Hartley can achieve that.

Fair enough. After a look at Sky Sports website, I make it 6 wins out of the 18 league games played from January to May, this season is 1 win out of 9 games. So 7 wins out of 27 league games this year. Things are statistically getting worse for us. Based on that, I really fear for us this season.

Certainly. It may not be the answer youre looking for, because it will be blunt and factual, not based on feelings. And tell me o wise one, what good will it do replacing the manager now? - It could give us a boost, the players may be revitalised, we might improve with players playing in their correct positions, or changing tactics to suit them. We need to stop trying to squeeze players into positions, Hartley has done this for years, it doesnt work IMO. We are sinking, thats a blunt fact, Hartley hasnt steadied the ship in months, I believe someone else could do better. What saviour would you replace him with? - One never knows who would be interested, so I cant answer that. As a manager, isHartley the absolute best that we could get, I dont believe so. Lets get someone else before we are officially relegated.

Sorry chaps, I didnt see any positives months ago, since then we have went 8 games without winning, so theres definitely no positives now. If anyone can offer some, please feel free, otherwise Im getting ready for Cappielow, Somerset Park and Tannadice next season.
