Short on players and short on rumours. Have we been mentioned as considering signing anybody. How are our injured players coming on. Is Chris Duggan near to playing, is Kevin Smith near to a return, how long is Goodfellow and Wilkie out for, and surely Mercer will be available again following his concussion as I heard he was only a few hours within the SFA guidelines on playing following a head knock. Best wishes to Tony Wallace, here's hoping he recovers fully from his injury and thanks for keeping the fans informed through Twitter.

I agree about Kane being a pleasant surprise earlier in the season when Kerr was out of sorts. Does not sound like the guy we were warned about by previous clubs. No doubt will be filling in for Page next game and as he has been playing right back recently, it would be a shame if he dropped down to the bench with our new loaned coming in. Kane has been one of our most consistent performers so far this season.

Not sure the reasoning behind the team selection tonight but we got the three points. I would imagine Brechin would have felt hard done to by the ref but hey how many times have we came away from New Bayview this season saying that. I heard that all the prospective people in for the manager's job were at Brechin (dressed in black and yellow suits). Seems like it is to be Barry Smith so let's get behind him and the team next week and turn up at New Bayview in our numbers and get another 3 points. Well done the Fife.

Tam Courts played for Kelty Hearts for years and then became manager a few seasons ago. Won the junior East Superleague last year and doing well this year. Has business interests in Cowdenbeath.

So who is going to be left back when this tie goes ahead????????? probably Mercer, Kane at right back maybe although I think he has been fairly steady in recent games and then Kerr alongside Page. Whose call is it???? No manager, no assistant left to carry things on??? I thought at the time that it was strange that Paul McManus left when he did. Could have stayed until the transfer window and been another body to call on when work commitments allowed it. HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Is there a good manager not doing anything at the moment???

our club ceased to play football tonight for 90 minutes !!!!! That was brutal. Lucky to get a draw. We can't keep playing high balls to Insall and expect him to get on the end of them. Edinburgh City have grown up quick with their niggly fouling especially no 5 but hey why not when you get away with it.

Yes we have got a right back but would it not be an idea to look for a player who could do a job at both right back and middle of defence just in case??? Anyway I'm sure the manager will have this in hand

Just like to say that the manager has gone up a bit in my estimation. Out of all the managers who were asked by writers of the East Fife programme in the league 2 to name their team of individuals for league 2 team of the season, only McLaren of Stirling Albion could be bothered to answer, apart from Naysmith.

Stevie Campbell is Mr East Fife for me. You don,t get such loyalty these days and he puts himself on the Iine for the team despite picking up some injuries he always bounce back. What a free kick he scored against Montrose recently. Will be sorely missed but I wish him the best of luck in his future and would be a privilege to see him back at Bayview even if it is as a fan.

Paul McManus warmed up with East Fife yesterday and heard he had great things to be about physio he is seeing. But he is bitter about how Arbroath dropped him sharply when he got his injury
