  1. What a total shower we have running our club. Utterly shameful and I hope that is the lowest point I have to witness. Really fear for the club and we are going nowhere in a hurry. Where we are now is what this lot think is acceptable or our level. Completely distancing themselves for responsibility for this utter shitshow they have presided over. Ex players raising their game against ex club…..since the invention of professional football
  2. probably best giving it a listen but from what i caught he is comparing scotland to various other european nations having crowds in so why can't scotland have it. Also the dependency on having fans in grounds is much greater in scotland than in the premiership. They say the government isn't following the science and small crowds could be allowed in. Royal Albert hall being given as an example
  3. some interesting comments from neil doncaster on the radio about getting fans in to the grounds claiming that this is all political. Sounds like the pressure is being turned up on the government to get us back in some form into grounds.
  4. I am not sure what level we will end up getting to out of all this but I find it hard to believe (happy to be proven wrong) during the period that the email is sitting in the spam folder that something prompted Dundee to have a light bulb moment and pull their vote.
  5. Does anyone know why we are not selling season tickets? I know the obvious answer is that we don't know when football restarts but there are a number of others doing it and I thought we would have. I am sure there would be a large percentage taking it up
  6. What part of what the statement says (last paragraph exempt) do people disagree with?
  7. The charade is over. Not surprising in the slightest. A truly shameful month for Scottish football and to be honest there is no wonder our national team gets nowhere fast. A chance for change again past up. As for Dundee well I would love to know what changed their minds. Wouldnt day it’s corrupt but it’s certainly not a professional outfit. I would laugh tho if it is now forced up them though due to clubs not making it through.
  8. Assai records is good. Likewise recordstore.co.uk. They have a deal of the day which most of the time seems to be a record for about 8 or 9 quid
  9. What a past few days. It’s all secondary to the bigger issues right now but this absolutely stinks. Friday night Dundee voted against this....vote should be called and that’s the end of it. 5 days they are allowed to piss about and allow for some kind of other proposals to be put forward then change your mind? Emails don’t just get lost. There is an audit trail right the way along and firewalls won’t be pick our the Dundee email rather than the others. If it did then resend it. It’s beyond belief that this is allowed to stand and to be honest will put a lot of folk off going back to games. Ultimately though we shouldn’t have allowed this to happen. Piss poor start to the season has led to this and although the board can bump their gums this again lies with them. I really worry for going forward as getting promoted was essential
  10. Think both recycling centre are now closed. This could get interesting!
  11. The Jeffries open goal podcast is worth a listen as well.
  12. Thought we gave it our all tonight and on another night we go through. Doyle tonight had cost us and to be honest it’s been coming. Can’t fault the guys effort but week in week out he loses the ball when he’s bombing forward. He’s as old school a full back as they come. If I was a hearts fan I think I would be concerned if that’s the best team they put out. Doesn’t look to be a leader out there and some of the players couldn’t wait to get off that park. Overall tho it’s the perfect scenario for me. A confidence boosting performance and don’t have to worry about the cup.
  13. Good result today and a couple of others going our way. Raith getting beat would have been the icing on the cake. We can only do what we can in our games though so happy with that. Seems to be a wee bit of momentum with us just now
  14. Now VAR checks at half time. This appears to be getting more farcical as the season goes.
  15. totally agree but lets see what happens at this EGM in June. if it comes up again then they need called out on it. Also there are still 2 parties interested in the club, all under NDA so they can't talk too much about it but ultimately no bids on the table. I would be interested to see what would happen now if there was hard cash ponied up. The point that I did find incredibly patronising was the whole discussion about leaks in the boardroom. There was a sense of the board need to improve (no sh!t) however can people stop asking board members questions about info that might be sensitive. Hows about you carry out your role properly instead of gossiping? Surely it is in the job description to keep commercially sensitive info quiet? I know in the normal business world if you blabbed your mouth about info to a worker, let alone a member of the public then you wouldn't last particularly long. just because you have a club tie on doesn't make that area of the role disappear. If your not capable your not the right man/woman for the job! I thought McCracken's comments about the football side were reassuring in a sense that it was what fans had thought. There was a real disharmony in the team and these guys weren't interested and just wanted out of there every day.
