So called "celebrities" on Weakest Link proving to be thicker than shite. They are supposed to be playing for charity but find their own thickness amusing. Case in point Janet Street Porter who could not subtract 17 from 35 and she was one of the more intelligent ones.

It should have started with the 8 forces becoming 4 and running as such for a number of years then becoming 2 and again iron out issues and procedures before becoming 1 force. Instead of having 8 local Police Authorities which were influenced by different parties the SNP in their infinite wisdom wanted just one which they could influence. It really has been a rip roaring success. Regarding your comment about Vat the SNP were well aware that if they followed this path then they would have to pay Vat and again they choose to ignore this.

Massaging the figures has been done for years and nothing will change as long as it makes those at the top look as if they are doing a decent job. Could not tell you the last time I saw an officer on patrol in my area whether on foot or in a car. I know for a fact that the number of officers covering my area has been utterly decimated. SIL's car was damaged by another overnight and they took the report over the phone, never came near the car to see the damage or if there was any evidence and told him to do his own door to door enquiry.

Should have been a couple of goals up early doors, Yates in particular missed a golden chance. After that it was quite ominous and we fell out of the game. We are too slow building up from the back, we give teams too much time to get back in position and seem reluctant to put in early crosses. We need to vary our play and move quicker. Several players well off their game and some entirely unsuited to their positions - Berry and Aitken in particular. We need to get back on track at Forfar next week.

Great performance and good atmosphere. Great to see the club trying to attract younger fans by issuing free season tickets, however they need an area of their own, or put then in the terracing. Before kick off they were all over the place climbing on seats and basically sitting where they wanted. Petty yes but annoying. In a similar vein we should have a sign up directing away supporters to the other end of the stand as again they just sit where they want ignoring season ticket holders seats.

Jamieson and Buchanan look like a great pairing and we now have a decent keeper. Re the comments about Wedderburn, I felt that hardly anything went through him and as a result we moved the ball a lot quicker than we did last year. Referee was a complete joke and some of the Forfar comments about us diving are a bit much considering the amount of holding and pushing the incompetent ref let you away with. In all it was a good competitive much and these are the talking points that make the game interesting.

Not long back from USA cruise where everyone and their uncle wanted a tip. Took my cases to a porter with a trolley, he took them from me and placed them on the trolley then asked for a $5 tip. Needless to say he got F**k all. Bar staff on the ship were great and were rewarded several times.
