Is now a good time to advertise FSS. Mood good and results good. Surely a few people could be tempted to pay a tenner a month? I know budgets are tight but £10 a month is less than 2 pints of beer in BTW over a month

Brightened up my evening. Thanks. Great goal by young lass at half time Nutmeg on the keeperAmid all the gloom and doom on here a reminder that there are some positives. This is an excellent piece and the goals are even better

Agree. If we are linked with a player i always go to the other clubs website for info so i suppose its the same for other teams. I get most of my info from our social media( imagine an auld duffer like me even using it! ) but a club resource needs to be at least adequate. Not losing any sleep but there must be a volunteer who could make it their pet projectAgree with BPM most people online go straight to social media nowadays for information however the website does need to be up to date and accurate. It is an issue the club need to address all be it a very very minor one.1 -
nah na nah nah naSo basically your player, who played on for the whole 90 minutes after treatment, screamed a bit louder than the one who never moved, had to be helped from the field and was immeiately substituted. [emoji849]
Neither was a foul, neither was a headknock. If the players didn't choose to put the ball out themselves then he should have allowed play to continue until there was a natural stoppage.0 -
in Turkey so missed game sadly. Watched Lawals header. Last player i remember with diving headers like that was Farid! Hope this continues

The competition for the striker positions is doing wonders
At present but we know what happens now don't we bairns fans0 -
Sitting in a laid back cafe in Turkey worrying about which poster's are with which faction in our divided support. NOT

One of the best games I ever sawWas that the 7-5 game? A couple of years before I started going to games, but something makes me think we might have lost our keeper (Alan Ball) to injury and maybe there were no keeper subs back then ... or maybe my memory is total bollocks as usual.1 -
Strange feeling. I have not got a clue how this game will unfold. Dont know their team ( wish they had kept the ginger sheep watcher) and being honest i dont know if our best team will appear or not.

Young Lennox Walker is scoring for fun at Bo'ness. Good signing if he continues to develop

Think he is a " horses for courses " type of player. Give him the freedom to charge upfield against a poor team and he shines. Play him against a team who press forward and are blessed with good wide players and he will not shine as much. Thats where we need the sitting midfielders to coverJust watched Williamson’s FTV interview after his excellent performance on Saturday.
Comes across as a thoroughly decent lad.
I have been extremely critical of his performances, with justification, and I certainly will not hold back if Saturday proves to be a flash in the pan.
The proof that he has turned a corner will come in matches where he will be required to put the hard tackles in as well as do the forward runs.
Lets hope for both him and the team that Saturday was indeed a new start.0 -
Getting the ball in scoring positions is the part he is mastering. Next should be converting ( hope kills)
Others might step up if he’d pass the ball to them when in a good position on occasion.
He can be as creative as you like but it’ll be no use unless he either converts more or learns to pass to those better placed to score sometimes….0 -
i think the turning of Morrison into a striker is going slowly but well He is getting himself into scoring positions but has yet to add the killer touch.

Great interview with Williamson. He knew he was under performing and was ecstatic about yesterday

I did similar yesterday. Heat and sunshineSlip of the finger by the look0 -
probably quoted you due to not seeing the screen as i basking in the sun before a late shift Sorry lolThought you had inside knowledge as sounded more like a rhetorical question.
Anyway I still don’t understand your point specifically to me, as I said that Forrest should have allowed us to announce it first.
Whether we requested it and they went against our wishes is a different matter. A phone call to express the club’s disappointment would be better than having a bit of a pop at them in public. Better yet leave it be and simply wait and say following international clearance we can now confirm Nicky Hogarth has joined the club.0 -
Perhaps the club phoned forest first. And by we i was wrongly viewing the fans and club officials as one harmonious collectiveSorry I’m not sure what you mean by this? Also who is we?0 -
So you dont think we phoned Forest before the tweet?Agree with that. Forrest should have let us announce but having a wee pop on Twitter when they’ve just lent us a player looks poor.0 -
if the club did not say that "angry of Falkirk " would be full on with hammering the board for not keeping us informed. We know it's true! Why are we being catty towards an EPL club loaning us a keeper at short notice ffs[emoji38]0 -
A game where we score a good few would really improve morale but cant see that yetA huge bugbear of mine. Last time anyone had the brains to water it was Holt in his first spell here. We played some decent stuff on it that season (obviously it’s deteriorated since then)
Anyway. 1 goal from open play in Mcglynn’s reign I make it. Hope we improve on that on Sat1 -
How many times do we have to play Morrison up front before we realise he is NOT a striker

I have not a clue what Oliver Alegria Burrell and Lawal are capable of but i (after reading the gloom) am praying they are the finds of the decade

Lawal
i love a good palindrome . A player1 -
Its getting to the stage that if a board member says good morning it really means that the night before or the evening after either were terrible or going to be terrible
