  1. I think it was twitter I'd seen it, but it should be linked somewhere obvious.
  2. https://ppv.rosscountyfootballclub.co.uk/ Register there - if you haven't already Click on what looks like a video when you first log in. Select the Purchase Game Pass button on the right hand side Select the Event again. Select the STRIPE text to access the payment gateway. Fill in your card details and I guess checkout - not bought myself yet as don't know if I'll be able to watch it - so don't know the process past entering your card details. Too many clicks for my liking - but I guess that is a criticism for the software authors rather than the club. Hope that helps.
  3. I would have thought that until there are no restrictions on fans attending matches the 3PM ban won't be reinstated, but once those restrictions are lifted it would be back in place. What would then happen is the matches would still be available just delayed as other clubs have done in the past.
  4. Yep - 2 games Alloa and Stirling Albion both away, lost both 2-0 if memory serves. Absolute arsehole of a man as evidenced by the hissy fit forkboy mentions.
  5. We were always going to end up going to someone 3 times. The smart money was on us being sent to Dundee for a third time as this involved the least messing around, but they've obviously taken the view to balance the fixtures between those clubs conceivably involved in the relegation mix - which seems fair enough - for once.
  6. It means I'm likely to get a season ticket again, even though I won't make full use of it, so they'll get more money from me than they would otherwise. Others might feel the same.
  7. He was at the game last night sitting beside Murdoch, Boyd and Fox.
  8. Off to see Rich Robinson tonight at the ABC, can't wait.
  9. If there are any you suspect, let me know and I'll take a look at the logs. I can then have some fun with them.
  10. Had one on Friday night. Reasonable kick to it (certainly for a shop bought pizza), no-where near what some folk are suggesting on here though - although I suppose everyone is different. I normally always add extra chillies to shop bought pizzas and this was no exception, I did think about trying without first to see what the fuss was about though.
  11. You can't go to many concerts, as Biffy weren't that loud at all, now Rush last month - they were the loudest I've been to for a few years. Probably depends on where you were in the venue as well. Only saw the last number from the first lot - not enough to judge but what I saw on the whole didn't impress me, although there were a couple of moments during that song that showed promise. I thought Nine Black Alps weren't anywhere near as good as when I've seen them in the past. To me they didn't seem interested, performance was lacklustre, I was very disappointed. Biffy were superb though.
  12. Biffy in Edinburgh tonight. Looking forward to Nine Black Alps supporting just as much. Haven't seen them for a couple of years, but enjoyed them the last time. Next month we've got the Manics and The Verve, and that'll round off another year of live music.
  13. Just tape it and watch it later. It's what I do do with the baseball coverage.
  14. Update: Five's coverage of the NHL starts on 1st November after the World Series finishes.
  15. Go Habs. I know five show the Stanley Cup games, but not sure about the regular season.
  16. Name & Author :- Birdsong by Sebastian Faulks Subject :- WW1 based fiction Blurb :- Follows life of Stephen Wraysford before and during the WW1. As the story gets going introduces his grand-daughter trying to find out information about him. So part of the story is her in 1978 trying to piece together what sort of man he was from his notebooks. Score :- 8.5 out of 10. Took a little while to get into it - I nearly put it down as I thought that Faulks spent took long setting the scene in pre-war France. Once he get's into the war though it is incredible - really draws you in. In hindsight the pre-war stuff has it's place especially as the lead character returns to places he's been during the course of the war. Most enjoyable.
  17. Totally agree. We had our usual spot at the Corn Exchange for Manics gig on the 15th, just behind the lighting/mixing desk. Some fuckwits decided it would be clever to fling their plastic pint glasses with the remnants of their drink towards said desk. At least two of them landed in amongst the desks splashing their contents over the equipment. Fuckwit security were too busy standing about looking important to be able to finger the culprits. I wouldn't have blamed them if they stopped the gig.
  18. Embrace tomorrow night at the Barras.
  19. Taking the wife's (I suppose mine as well now) nephew to see Blink 182 tomorrow night. Then Velvet Revolver in Glasgow in January, Embrace in Glasgow in February and although not music purchased tickets for the Little Britain tour next November in Edinburgh yesterday.
