  1. we were going for 55, we will be going for 55 until we get it, hope that clears it up for you
  2. oh were you one of the few that got it right then, most of the clowns on here predicted we wouldnt finish in the top 6
  3. its you thats delusional, expecting us to finish lower in the league this season when we have brought in a much better standard of player
  4. hodson was utter shite, far too many crosses in the box, looked slightly better when tav came on, herrera and miller didnt link well either and morrielos didnt look up to much, hopefully will start finding his feet soon, on the positive side , midifed was massively better than last season, windass looks a player when played in his proper position, cardoso and alves looked solid. still need a striker so hopefully waghorn leaving will give us the money to get the hearts boy and naismith in
  5. nope every single one of those clubs went through the same process, admin, no cva agreed, newco formed, club bought by newco, oldco liquidated, club continues on with history intact, that didnt happen at gretna or airdrie. the punishments issued by the different leagues for this happeneing dont change that or mean that rangers are somehow a new club especially with the spl, sfl, sfa etc all saying that we remain the same club despite being ut in division three, a nonsensical argument from you with nothing backing it up which all the availble evidence contradicts
  6. nothing in there about any money being stolen so you are talking pish, "This match took place during an unprecedented time for Rangers Football Club and we are delighted that charity regulator concluded that the decision to assign proceeds to both the club and the charity foundation was done 'in good faith and in the interests of the charity'.
  7. remind me again who bought gretna or airdrie? we werent made to start again , we were put in divison three while remainign the same club according to every credible source
  8. i assume the intention is to get all three of them, all three have been talked about as targets for weeks, its dorrans i want obviously as he is far better than the other two
  9. its amazing the difficulty you lot have with simple concepts, the holding company runs the club and deals with the buisness side, club is the playing side
  10. except the licences arent given to the club as what happened clearly shows, now any proof from a reputable source that any of this means we are a new club? i'll answer that for you - nope
  11. your problem is clear here, not one credible source backs your nonsensical fact in exhibit a - officially we are the same club as for exhibt b - no other holding company went into liquidation, thats why it was different, now what you are missing is actual proof that any of this means we are a new club, because none exists and all the proof shows that we survived, glad to help
  12. aye its been a terrible week for us, can barely contain myself Director of Football European dates confirmed Retail deal sorted Pena and Herrera signed Mega Store sold out Warburton drops case against Rangers Charles Green loses appeal against Rangers fat mike gone as well as for the kings comments, sutton, hartson etc post worse stuff every week
  13. not before whyte we werent, we had manageable debt which we were paying off year by year,
  14. without the ebt case we wouldnt be in liqidation , whyte wouldnt have been near the club if we didnt have that hanging over us
  15. why do you think these 5 year old arguments will work now after failing for the last 5 years, we didnt get a licence for the existing league as oldco went in to admin( and 4 months after we were granted a licence, began the liquidation process)
  16. nope, as nobody bought the club, leeds, luton, rotherham, charlton, middlesbrough all survived after going through exactly the same process as rangers, so did hearts in 1905 after liquidating their oldco
  17. because it was a seperate league to the spl at that time, do you have any proof it was because we were a new club or is it just a theory with no evidence backing it?
  18. no bother , heres various legal, administration and business experts stating it happened and how it happened, now why do you think they are wrong? lord glennie "This is a petition for judicial review by the Rangers Football Club plc, a company presently in administration. That company presently operates Rangers Football Club (to whom I shall refer as "Rangers"). lord nimmo · “It is the club, not the owner, who plays in the league,” he said. “The rules clearly contemplate sanctions upon a club, in distinction to upon the owner or operator. “On the 14thof June 2012 a newly incorporated company, Sevco Scotland Ltd., purchased substantially all the business and assets of Oldco, INCLUDING RANGERS FC” · “Oldco as a company, as distinct from the football management or players of Rangers FC as a club...” lord banntyne "The Rangers Football Club Plc ceased to be the owner and operator of a football team in consequence of the sale to SEVCO Scotland Limited by its administrators on 14 June 2012 of substantially the whole of its business and undertaking, including Rangers Football Club" hmrc “the liquidation route does not prejudice the proposed sale of the club. This sale can take place either through a CVA or a liquidation.” duff and phelps “The Club will continue to operate as it has always done but within a new company structure.” bdo "The joint administrators intend to complete a transfer of the business and assets to a new company in the coming days, putting the future of the club on more secure footing.”
  19. i agree with you on most of that, but as far as i am concerned oldcos liquidation is down to hmrc chasing rangers for money they were not entitled too, we will see if the courts agree with me in the next few weeks
