    New Rules

Rule does apply and was included at meeting between West Clubs and Referees Dept where Cumnock was represented.
  2. All Clubs have access to check on their players' suspensions and discipline records.
  3. Only people in the dug-out should be the 5 substitutes and maximum of 4 technical staff as listed on the official team line.
  4. Confirmed Premiership prices are £6.00 and £3.00 for concessions and Clubs should not be exceeding these prices.
  5. This is SFA Scottish Cup not Junior Cup
  6. West Region fixtures should be issued shortly after the A.G.M. on Wednesday 26 June.
  7. It would at least have been nice and the decent thing to do if Browning's had asked the Club's permission to use their crest in advance of this money making exercise.
  8. Final is pay at the gate - £10 and £5 for concessions.
  9. Rule is that pre-season friendlies can only be played from 1 July and permits must be applied for by Junior Clubs irrespective of opposition.
  10. Medals are handed to the club that evening for them to decide how to present them so as stated above it is really immaterial what they are contained in when given to the club.
  11. In recent years I believe it has been the practice to hand the medals to the Club to arrange their presentation as Clubs were often playing trialists etc at that time of the season and someone perhaps only playing 1 or 2 games was coming up to claim a medal when they were presented on the pitch and had not been part of the squad.
  12. Ayrshire and Central Cups, previously played towards the end of the season are no longer competed for. Ayrshire and Central Sectional Cups played at the start of the season were amalgamated to form the West of Scotland Sectional Cup. Qualifiers for the Evening Times or equivalent Cup will play off in the following season
  13. Only 1 Monday night fixture thanks to thoughtful scheduling.
  14. I understand that it is to be discussed and voted on at the AGM in June. Perhaps that is sensible as by that time we will know if we are in the pyramid or not. If it's not happening this summer, or if none of the clubs in the league would be eligible for promotion due to licensing issues, then there would be no need to change from the 30-game season for next season at least. Irrespective of whether or not there is an alternative proposal to the current West leagues in accordance with our Constitution there would be no change for season 2019/20 and any change would only take effect from season 2020/21.
  15. Any change however for season 20/21 would have to be considered at this year's AGM as promotion/relegation could be affected and therefore Clubs would have to be aware of such implications might have on season 19/20.
  16. League format cannot be changed for next season as per constitution but ppssible changes for subsequent seasons can be considered.
  17. No Ayrhire team prepapered to host to the final. So give at a rest.
  18. Also when calculating official crowd capacity only hard standing areas can be taken into account due to H&S Regs.
  19. It wasn't Talbot who stated they stayed at a Travelodge but someone with no connection to the Club who not surprisingly got it wrong. For that person's information we stayed at Dornoch. Some people sadly just like to try to cause trouble.
  20. Auchinleck Talbot may be a Junior Club but we try to ensure, wherever possible, that players are in the best condition before setting foot on a pitch, especially in important matches. If that means avoiding having to make journeys of 4/5 hours or more, a considerably bit longer to Wick, on the day of a match before kick-off then so be it. We consider it good practice and it has certainly been a factor in our success so far this season in the William Hill Scottish Cup.
