  1. The Tale of a Team You've Never Heard of, from a Village You Can Never Visit This episode of Scotland takes you to a windswept hill overlooking Patna in East Ayrshire. It is 1900. There, on the surprisingly well-kept surface of Primrose Park, Burnfoothill Primrose are lining up to take on Benwhat Heatherbell for the first time since a fight broke out in the Ayrshire Junior Cup Final at Rugby Park last season. It's about pride, it's about passion, it's about the pits and the people. Hope you enjoy it! The trailer is below. You can listen to the full episode here: https://link.chtbl.com/the-hill Untitled Project (Made by Headliner).mp4
  2. We may have gone a wee bit early with news of the South Challenge Cup draw. There's a couple of I's to be dotted and T's to be crossed - we'll have it confirmed for you later.
  3. Episode 6 is here! Spartans keep up the pace as Welfare improve, Stirling Uni take home the bragging rights from the University Derby, BSC Glasgow beat Civil Service Strollers in controversial circumstances and a strangely impassioned plea to go and see Vale of Leithen. There's all that AND MORE in this week's Catchup. Don't miss out on it. SUBSCRIBE ON ITUNES
  4. http://slfl.co.uk/lowland-league-catchup-5/ Don't forget to subscribe and leave a wee review on iTunes! Please! Pretty please!
  5. Now that Selkirk have left the Lowland League, find out what happens next... http://slfl.co.uk/selkirks-resignation-what-happens-next/
  6. Catchup Episode 4 is out now! http://slfl.co.uk/lowland-league-catchup-4/ Since there's the obvious elephant in the room of Selkirk's withdrawal - that will be discussed on next week's episode. The show's recorded on a Sunday so they didn't get to cover it this week.
  7. Episode 3 of the Lowland League Catchup is here (and you can subscribe on iTunes!) https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/id1430116250
  8. Catch Episode 2 of the Lowland League Catchup now on Youtube and Soundcloud!
  9. We're looking into it. There's scope for it to take on a number of different forms if it's popular so I'm keen to keep every option open!
  10. Working on it Alan! Just need to get it on iTunes now.
  11. The first episode of the Lowland League Catch Up, by RampantFM & Mozza is up on Youtube now. We'd really appreciate your feedback! (We know not everyone gets a mention on the first episode)
  12. Brian Kerr takes over at East Kilbride.
  13. On the off-chance any of you are thinking about coming along to a Non-League Day SLFL game, we've put together a bit of a preview of all the matches this weekend... SLFL Non-League Day Preview
  14. To be fair it looks like the Record are just reporting the hearsay about Ian Black playing in the Dev game (which he apparently isn't) without verifying. Doesn't mean he won't end up signing for us (would be the turd icing on the giant crap cake), but I wouldn't go by them.
  15. I'm willing to give McHattie the benefit of the doubt given what an absolute disaster Stevie Smith has been. Please take those words and carve them into my forum epitaph when McHattie is solely responsible for us getting relegated.
  16. I know he's a bit suspect defensively, but he could be an improvement on Stevie Smith... doubt we'll go in for him instead of a centre back though.
  17. Wouldn't be too sure about that. There's probably still enough budget to bring in Zaliukas.
  18. I feel like - the way we're going - Locke would find a way to make them look terrible.
  19. I thought that myself. Might even be a wee dig at Barbour who he really doesn't seem to get on with judging by the way they were giving out to one another at the weekend.
  20. Magennis: "But even though we got beat by the same score at the weekend by Ross County, it was more of a mixed bag. We just got beat by a better team. I don't think any of us failed to show up. We just got beat by a better team. We created a few chances but still looked vulnerable in defence. It was better but still the same result. A loss is still a loss whether you concede one goal or four." I'd have loved to have been at whatever game Josh was at.
