  1. Hi BoD fans, can you kindly confirm what the Spain Park capacity is; 876 or 2,300? Conflicting numbers on the Web…
  2. I suspect there won’t be too many changes, maybe 1 or 2, but not whole sale. I reckon it could be used as a “warm up” to playing in terrible conditions ready for Saturday. The key here is to ensure there’s no injuries. I about shat myself on Saturday when Spencer got caught on the ankle and then went down with about 2mins to go, but he seemed to run it off ok.
  3. Ticket bought. Looking forward to it. Taken the car up, however, where as previous I’ve got the train & been pished. Am I right in saying there’s a car park at the harbour end? Where Away fans are now located, I’m led to believe? Cheers in advance.
  4. Delayed input, but for me, Spencer has to be the no.1 priority for getting signed up. He ticks it over so well in the middle of the park, finds passes where no one else does. When he’s in the 2/3 man midfield, we are a level above.
  5. Falkirk fans, can you still park up at the stadium ok? Cheers in advance.
  6. Been looking at the league table on my lunch, any win here really does solidify our playoff position, however a win by a few goals will obviously be welcome - Killie are 3pts in front and +3 better goals than us. They’ll have a tough game on their hands at home to Abroath on Saturday. I’m not taken Morton lightly, but I am confident of us getting a result. Also, Rovers fans - I’m taken my oldest daughter to the game (last time she was 3 & too young and got bored), she’s 6 now and wanting to go, what’s the deal - does she get in for hee haw or what’s the cost? Cheers in advance.
  7. I think that’s the car park there, if it helps. As Caird Street pin-drop [emoji625] is a wee bit further up. That’s the car park I’m planning on going too.
  8. Aye it’s a total pain in the arse! It’s either Kdy-Haymarket-Queenstreet, walk down to Central, and then back out to Hamilton. Or Kdy-Haymarket and then a train to Carfin (seemed to be the closest station when I was looking in to it) and then taxi to Hamilton. Too much fuckaboutery for me, so taken then car now.
  9. “Frankie on the LB isn’t ideal” but playing him left wing back is ok… What are you smoking TX haha You’ve lost me on who Masson is?
  10. Dick still a doubt for the weekend, therefore as per my team selection in an earlier post, keep Frankie at LB. Bene back fit, but I’d keep him on the bench, and stick with Lang. Would be harsh to drop Lang, he’s done well so far. (Info from the Fife Today article)
  11. Based on the ticket arrangements for the Arbroath game, I’m going to presume paying at the gate will be fine. £20, I presume? Since there’s no mention of cost. Accies folks, I’m driving through, where’s best to park up? As for the XI, I’d opt for this: . MacDonald RT Lang Berra Frankie Mathews Spencer Connelly. Ross. Zanatta Matej (it’ll be Varian though)
  12. Aye I agree, I thought Mitchell looked class when he came off the bench. Both feet, lightening quick, and strong. Has real potential. The work he done when chasing back to win the ball in the build up to our eventual goal against Dunfermline was excellent. I reckon he’ll play cameos up to January, until we strengthen further up top.
  13. Aye, I screenshot this yesterday afternoon, and at glance, that’s ~300 tickets to go I’d say…
  14. That’s harsh on Zanatta, Arbroath doubled up on him on Saturday, and he still managed an assist. I thought he had a solid game personally.
  15. The Exchequer is probably the best option, which ticks your boxes. Me & my mates were in there before yesterday’s game, and there was also Arbroath fans in. Standard pub grub, good choice of pints, and has the football on. As for the game itself, I would love it (Kevin Keegan style) if we got this hoodoo of not winning against Inverness in the sea. It’s just ridiculous! 1-1.
  16. That was some of the worst officiating I have seen in a very long time, the Railway stand lino and the Ref were absolutely horrific! 3 off the top of my head; the Dick/Nouble tussle just inside the 18yard box is probably a penalty and a sending off for Dick, the Dick handball - which lead to the corner & Arbroath goal, was definitely handball and a penalty. And then O’Brien standing on Matej at the corner, how is the lino not given anything for that is absolutely beyond belief. Other than the terrible officiating, it was a pretty good game. And a massive win for us, 17pts at the end of Q1 is excellent. And looking forward to the trip to Abroath (4th Dec) already.
  17. That’s absolutely unreal!! Buzzing if this was to become an actual thing, and not a pipe dream. What a game changer that would be! F*ck aye, Rovers!!
  18. He was excellent at Livi when Dykes was there! (I’m sure there’ll be Livi fans along the now to tell me otherwise, but I thought he looked decent at the time)
