Has Rolly been exonerated in the PB alias guessathon? We need to know! I liked his posting style, he's one cool cat. He brought light where before lived darkness. He brought smiles where before lived frowns. He brought food where before lived famine. Not that it bothers me in the slightest of course.

Because some posters associate you with me, apparently the insinuation of a couple of - put it politely- brain light, posters think I'm PB, and they also think you are me, ban incoming although you've done nothing wrong......

I know if I start a new thread I'll be instantly banned, so I'll state here. Roland B is not PB. The reason I know that is I'm close friends with Rolly, I was posted outside the bogs to prevent anyone entering when he broke down due to bullying. I've been his confidante since then.

You mean that banned Roland? I've no opinion on the mods, if Roland was banned for spamming that's fair do's. If he was banned for whining bitches calling him PB and an alias, that's a little unfair and Trish Y will come down on his side.

Thanks Billy, I'm of exactly the same opinion, if I didn't want to visit my, er, his threads I didn't bother, he didn't pollute any other threads afaik. As I only joined today, I probably don't know what I'm talking about.

I just replaced my screen yesterday, first time in 18 months, I also can't understand how some people need 3+ a year. I smashed mine at work, yes I should not have had it in my coveralls pocket but was covering for my boss while he was on hols so couldn't afford to miss calls / e mails.

I can now foresee a perma ban as I've now created an alias....... If the ban for Rolly was for spamming, I'll walk away, if it's for unsubstantiated rumours about being an alias I'm pretty sure G Stebson will have something to say.

I know my minutes are diminishing, if I got banned for spamming inane nonsense in the GN forum, that's fair enough although the mods could have warned me. Reading back the comments about me being PB and his original banning reason makes me want to insist I'm not him, as I find any mocking of the holocaust repulsive. Not that it matters.

Why was Roland banned? I have it on good authority he wasn't PB, indeed not an alias at all. Do the mods have a comment? Apparently he posted quite sensibly in the Politics forum.
