Jeez where to begin. We’ve been absolutely hopeless in all of our league games this season. There’s not been one glimpse of a turnaround. What you’re suggesting would require a togetherness that just isn’t there. The players look like they’ve downed tools, some of them have been heavily criticised so far this season. Mehmet, Graham, Edwards, Dorrans, Thomas to name a few. You will win by at least two goals.

Reason I find it strange is because it’s not about getting on each other’s backs, it’s about taking a stand. Anyone giving fans shit for staying is a moron. Although I have only seen this mentioned from people who aren’t interested in walking out, which is absolutely fine no issues at all with that. I just can’t see how fans walking out would lead to them giving grief to the ones that’s staying, can’t recall anything like this happening before.

Anyone know why Dick Campbell and Ross McArthur don’t get on? Was told Campbell spoke to the chairmen and said he wouldn’t return to the club whilst McArthur was there. I’m not certain Campbell would’ve been the answer but taking into consideration the wonders he’s worked with Arbroath and his past connections with the club, I would’ve thought he would’ve been a much more appealing applicant for the position. Something stinks behind the scenes.

I missed Lewis Martin’s stint at left back when I was playing Saturday afternoons. I’ve seen a lot of pars fans say good things but most positive comments I can remember seem to have came since he’s been injured. Was he as comfy playing there? He’s had some fantastic performances at CB but I do think we need someone who has a bit more than Edwards at left back. Seen him get rinsed far too many times.

Seen him play there once and I’m sure we we got slapped 5-1 or 2 at home to QOS with Martin getting sent off. Good defender. Not a CM or CDM though.

Depends what way you look at it. Easy enough for the board to plod along with their finger in their ears pretending everything’s hunky-dory whilst the ship is clearly sinking so that they avoid the backlash of yet another dreadful appointment. For them to open their eyes and act now and admit they’ve got this one wrong requires a back bone. There’s not going to be a miraculous turnaround whilst PG is in charge. Either he walks or he gets punted after the first quarter, which will be too late IMO.

Grant won’t be going anytime soon unless he walks. The board have no back bone and I reckon he’ll get the first quarter before he’s sent packing. I’ll be astonished if he manages another professional club.
