Possibly, but I just really dislike Pars TV as I think it's consistently poor. The lockdown period really exposed how poor it is, as almost every single other service was far superior in every way.

The club should spend a bit of cash on training for the folk involved, except that c**t Brian, who should be fired immediately and have zero involvement with the club.

I managed to watch every single game of the COVID season on ParsTV without interruption pretty much without exception. Which, by most accounts, is superior than a lot of clubs in that period.

I'm not bothered about people speaking or any punditry though, pointing the camera at the pitch is good enough for me.

Not a signing pen GIF I'm afraid but I am delighted to announce that the first episode of the East End Tales podcast is now live!

We're going to take a look back at some of the happier times around East End Park and we begin with the Scottish Cup 3rd round replay comeback against St Johnstone in 2001 with special guest Scott Nipper Thomson. Link below, but you can find us on Spotify, Deezer, Apple i-Tunes(soon) and other podcast platforms.

Enjoyable, looking forward to the next.

  3. I'm really starting to struggle with the podcasts. A lot I used to listen to have now went into the "That's plenty!" category recently. Old Firm Facts, Open Goal went a long time ago. My Scottish football podcast intake is down to Off the Ball and the one with Craig Levein and Amy Irons, both are completely guest dependent.

Otherwise, I listen to every Athletico Mince and gossipmongers.

New series of Alan Partridge from the Oasthouse is along later in the year, costs money though. An audiobook parading as a podcast. I enjoy it and consider it worth the money though.

By being relegated we will enter the Scottish cup in an earlier round meaning we have a better chance of drawing Drumchapel in the Scottish cup, which would mean seeing Andy Geggan again.

Be good to get a wee run in it. Need to go back to November 2017 for the last win in the competition, 4-1 over Queen's Park at Hampden. Grim record.

Division B - cols407 expends minimal effort in beating RBWatson by checkmate.

Experimented with a different opening which just led to me ceding the middle completely. Not my finest performance, but it was pretty ruthlessly exploited. Well played.

*edit* On reviewing the analysis, it seems I was doing myself down and not giving my opponent enough credit.

More than happy being seen as fodder to be experimental against.

I did say “at the club” meaning Dunfermline. I’m aware that this has definitely happened at other clubs.

I don't think so. I was looking earlier to see if he was the shortest reigning permanent manager and it's yes and no. He lasted longer than John Potter in time but managed less games (Potter managed 20, Grant 18). Potter won 5 of them.

Thanks for the game I really enjoyed that one. I proberly should have resigned earlier but Thought I could get you to maby stumble into a draw at the end.

Every chance under a different control. Tough game, I thought I might be close to losing at one point. Please to have won an end game, was a big weakness last season and I lost a few I should have won.
