  1. A fair point. I suppose my point is more based on jealousy that Sky are able to invoke such excitement in what will, most likely, be a middle of the road game in England than any game in Scotland.
  2. Exactly this. "Crystal Palace v Burnley, aaand it's live" ! Where's the telly buttons?

    Man Utd

Thanks. I've sent them an email, it was just on the chance someone knew an alternative.

I understand the cynicism, but on this occasion it's true!
  5. Sorry if this has been mentioned before. Does anyone have any tips or particular sites they recommend for getting tickets for Premiership games, specifically ManUtd in this instance? Looking to get a pair of tickets for a mate's birthday.

  7. Couldn't agree more. Even Geoff felt he needed Stewart Duff and appreciated the work he did. Why does Bulletproof Steve feel he can cover both roles when he has, at best, second hand experience of either. It was suggested above that Roddy is a football man on the board. Although his role is Associate Director, I think this is a somewhat fancy title for an administrator, albeit with club legend status. I don't think he has any input into board meetings. I mean no sleight to Roddy when I say this. Steve appears to be the, or at least positions himself as, the all knowing autocrat, but is unfortunately seems to lack the knowledge to make it happen. In summary, bring back Duffer, more power to administrators and question those who feel themselves unworthy of question.
  8. As much as I agree with this, do we generally invite a player, and his family, to a game? His family being there world suggest a younger player, but I could be wrong. Reminds me of when we signed Scougall. Despite how it turned out, he was a very positive signing.
  9. Difficult to argue in the face of such eloquent discourse.
  10. Roddy once again attempting to update the Facebook feed using a marker pen.
  11. Agree with this assessment. Kerr was pretty poor in Montrose as well. It's easy to forget he's still young, too young to be the best in a centre half pairing, if you ask me. He needs another few seasons with a guiding Wright / Kernaghan/Duberry, to be the finished article.
  12. McMillan is utterly pointless. Confidence in our top three strikers starts poorly, tails off in the middle and the less said about McMillan the better
  13. Don't worry, Rowan Vine was spotted in the board room today. Very much under- appreciated striker when with Saints, although admittedly pish at hibs.

    unfunny comedians

As much as I dislike him, I'm not sure James Corden is a comedian. If a thread for fat, loud mouth, Essex c***s you dislike was available, I'm sure he would perform well.
