Hearing Dodds mentioning losing his job there made me think ICT would probably have done just as "well" keeping him. Ferguson hasn't improved them one jot from an outsider perspective

We where 4/5 at one stage (can't quite remember) and no offense was taken, I just find it baffling to say we've bottled a league we've been top of for maybe 4 weeks all season. It does seem to be the narrative that utd fans are largely running with though. I'm personally blaming Ayr for injuring Stanton starting our bad run of form in december
Bottled the chances was maybe a more apt term. How many times did United drop points and you did the same?
That 4-4 v us was probably the start of the decline of the title challenge. We were fcking grim back then (not that we've improved much) but you did beat us at Somerset after that so we can't be blamed

How do you bottle a league you've barely been top of all season?
Were you not 5 points ahead at one point? I'm sure Dundee Utd had a game in hand but nevertheless, getting the win v them should have galvanised you but the fact a very meh Dundee Utd will no doubt run away with it now is damning. As a neutral I wanted to see you guys go up so it's said with no malice

Raith's bottle job reminds me of our season when we were flying and top of the league and fcked it. Seemed whenever Ross County (iirc) dropped points we did as well before they waltzed it.
As it's a TV game I'll watch it. Probably a draw

I've took in a couple of these basement games whilst Ayr have been away from home. Certain it's between Stranraer and Clyde now. A saving grace for Stinlar is that they play Dumbarton next, a team they always seem to do decent against and one they hammered about a month ago. Think a win in that one and a Clyde loss would prevent Clyde getting their great escape.
McCall did turn them around as they looked long gone, so credit to him and the players for battling back. I still think you'll be in League 2 next season as I can't see the lowland/highland winner coming up

Bellingham let me down on cash last night for a SOT and Mbappe doing the same tonight

At some points of the game last night I sat looking over to the NT and convinced myself that the front row won't see over the wall it must be an optical illusion as that 1st row between the Heineken and Mr Basrai sign looks "restricted view" if you're a short arse

Pish game. A draw was probably what both teams deserved

My mate informs me the player of the year is the 27th and at Vinyl.
I usually drag my cousin along but I've got no appetite for it this season. No real stand out this year. I'd probably give it to Murphy

Know it's been discussed before but a mural right along the wall of the SRE would be incredible.
What iconic images/players would we want on it?
That one of Jamie Adams after he'd scored v Raith and he flexed the guns. I'm shite at posting pics but hopefully you all know the one I'm meaning

Hearts made heavy weather of it, but you always knew they'd win it. Same with Dundee United this season imo

If you guys don't beat Stranraer next week then yous probably should pack up fitba all together. They were rotten today and the fact them and Bonyrigg are above you is beyond madness. Both teams today at stair park looked shit, especially up front.
Surprised uncle Ian hasn't turned it around more for you.
As an aside, how is the young lad from Killie getting on? He looked great in your televised game when he got MOTM (iirc)

How did you guys perform with the new manager today?
They were good defensively. Two rotten teams though today. A game full of head tennis and baws getting booted out the park.

I took in the game today seeing as we played last night. Horrid game with probably more balls going out the stadium than actual shots on target. Still think you'll be safe as you play Dumbarton soon and Stevie Farrell always seems to do you a favour

Why are you starting this again…
Not a chance we're finishing 9th. I'll give you my life savings if we do I know we are Ayr and we have a tendency to make an arse of things but 6 points clear and a game in hand. Surely even we can't fck that up

I'd put money on us finishing clear of 9th place. ICT would have been better sticking with Dodds imo. The " super Big Dunc" affect is well and truly dead on its arse

With all these injuries it’s beginning to look like a poor strategy letting Ecrepoint go and loaning out Rose. These decisions could’ve cost us our league survival
I saw Rose there last night. During the first half I was actually wishing he was an option from the bench!

Dunno who's worse tbh. I can't be arsed with these adult vloggers

Great win considering the team sheet looked like vision vomit. Will we ever see McGinley play? Is Dimi away?

We own the red diamond this season. Wonder how much we'd get for it at Cash Convertors

Seems like it's been a crazy first half. @BukyOHare are we looking like getting back into it?

I took the game in as neutral. Can I get my £15 back please.
