On the subject of Hopkin, just gotta say I've backed him from the beginning. UNLIKE burchill, he went to England and played at a good level over a long space of time. He has the knowledge of the game and seems like a bloody good bloke. I think he's instilled discipline and has taken this on as as something which means a lot to him. Best manager we've had since Bollan. Respect to big Dave.

I like Hopkin and wouldn't want him to leave the club, but he's a coach and not a manager. I can't begin to think who we'd bring in. The gulf in quality between league 1 and championship is huge. This team would get roundly humped on a weekly basis in the Championship. Main priority at the club has to be building attendances back to what they were 3/4 years ago.
