  1. The performance against higher league teams shows that we have the players to make the playoffs for the first division but also demonstrate the lack of consistency.for league games which lie at the manager's doorstep. Which is it Marvin?
  2. The numpty that threw the blue flare onto the pitch just as the game started needs to be banned for life in my opinion seeing the damage it caused on a plastic pitch.
  3. Ever thought of going into football management as your pre match talk would be dreadful.
  4. If this is the case, which I would very much doubt, why has Wullie been playing at all this season?
  5. I would have Connolly strart ever game alongside Paton who's work rate Lee needs to match.
  6. Did I not read that prior to their visit to Palmerston FC Edinburgh had a 100% away league record this season?
  7. Just watched the goals on the SPFL lower league round up. Game up around 9:30 minutes in.
  8. Wullie must be aware that there are always numpties at the games and unless we can filter them out at the turnstiles they will always be there. As Strachan once said of the boo boys they are only a handful and are not representative of the supporters in general so the management team has to ignore the verbal criticism from a minority of the punters otherwise they will self destruct.
  9. Stewarding certainly to blame as the Clyde fan should never have been allowed to run in front of the Queens support when Clyde scored their second and should have been immediately removed back to where he came however the stewards initially did nothing and the yob continued to goad the Queens support until their attention was drawn to the situation. Stewards did their best to ignore the situation until it was getting out of hand and the protests from the home support forced them to act then the yob kicked off. Should have never got to this point especially if we had professional stewards or even better police.
  10. If by worst the guy meant stupid/needless/pathetic then I agree. If we're talking worst as in dangerous then I don't. As the guy was being hustled our by the stewards he threw is drink onto the floor which covered the disabled supporter with the contents and if this was hot Bovril it may well have burnt them. His carer or friend was not best pleased to say the least and confronted the asshole.
  11. Paton expected to be fine while Todd's may be more serious with a broken toe but needs to be fully assessed. All said by Wullie on YouTube following the game which is a funny watch.
  12. No thank you. Always remember a time he was dropped from the first eleven and he spat out his dummy and refused to do the pre match warm up. Quite pathetic really.
  13. Wilson a great signing and will provide thrust and drive alongside Cochrane. Good midfield pairing.
  14. The club missed the opportunity to give him a well deserved testimonial when he declared he was leaving the club a couple of seasons back however now is the chance to make amends giving the fans the chance to really show their appreciation to the club legend. A friendly against Blackpool would be a suitable fixture say home and away during the summer?
  15. On the contrary as it has given him plenty of goalkeeping practise and the opportunity to make many saves.
  16. The table does not lie. We scored the least number of goals, just, and conceded the most, again by a small margin. I expect the club to remain full time but whether that's the best of positions is up for debate because we cannot attract the required standard of full time players but could with part timers who would have more ambition than journeymen. Gibson's passion for the club is there for all to see which you will not get from another manager so I would give him the job for next season and see how he does with his players.
  17. Not at all. Give him three months to see how he gets on then judge him.
  18. You can only really judge Gibson when and if he has chosen the squad of players at his disposal of cards.otherwise he has been dealt a bad hand
  19. What is most galling is that the club have over half a million quid in the bank and have allowed this to happen by waiting too long to get rid of AJ. Should have happened in December. Wullie needs to start with a blank canvas for next season and rebuild. 1
  20. It would be nice to see Nditi playing in his best position once again.
  21. Clearly visible on Saturday during the pre match warm up and seemed to be doing extending training under the watchful eye of Dan Armstrong.
  22. A hiding to nothing perhaps but equally nothing to lose and if we show the same commitment in the remaining fixtures Wullie can turn out to be a miracle worker . Mon the South
