  1. Harry's tactic seems to include changing the word faithful to fateful in his head in order to convince everyone he's not a traitor. Although disappointed he didn't keep his conversation with Jaz to himself and convince the other two to murder him in episode 5 before revealing what Jaz said at the next roundtable as Paul would eventually turn on him and he's now essentially landed both of them in it.
  2. Quite funny Pendlebury has the best minute per goal for any Ayr player this season. If you add in his 5 goals for Farnborough he's scored more goals than any of our players. Does play for a side that's sitting below a Torquay side that includes Brett McGavin so maybe CM in that league isn't up to much. Did see they signed Ethon Archer in November so would be typical if the player we appear to pass on turns out the best of the lot.
  3. Could be due to the uni not starting back until Monday. Didn't get one for Raith and the editing of the Dunfermline/Morton one would suggest whoever asked the questions didn't want their voice heard. Might have been Bullen asking himself questions in that one.
  4. Unless I missed it at the time all both clubs stated when he signed was "on loan until January" rather than a specific date. Not sure where the 1st January has came from beyond transfermarkt listing that.
  5. Yeah just wasn't available when I first looked this morning so was unsure if others were aware. On a separate note the next 2 Saturdays are exempt so clubs can stream those games too.
  6. Hadn't seen it mentioned but PPV now appears to be available to buy. https://tv.gmfc.net/product/morton-vs-ayr-united-2nd-january-2024-kick-off-at-3pm-ppv/
  7. https://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/mediapacks/the-traitors-series-2-contestants#meettheplayers Contestants been revealed including 3 Scots one of whom is a self-described clairvoyant from Inverness.

  9. Not really we still finished below a part time Dumbarton side and it was only a couple of seasons ago Arbroath were 2nd so the PT excuse only carries so far. However my point was that Bullen isn't all that different from McCall despite the latter having lofty status among some fans. If you want to compare McCall's 18/19 and Bullen 22/23 then it is fairly similar. A star striker helping to elevate a whole team into an over performing start followed by a post Christmas collapse, with opponents realising manager only has one tactic, including an embarrassing cup exit, fans being resigned to the playoffs being lost after the first leg followed by a squad exodus in the summer and inferior replacements brought in. Only difference is McCall bailed out early the following season on a slight high while Bullen continues to battle on with the one step forward, two back approach.
  10. Swapping a manager with a 37% Championship win rate with one that won under 35% at this level in his previous spell wouldn't be the improvement some McCall fans seem to imagine it to be.
  11. Imagine Murphy would be discussed but he'd have the same problem as Roberts and Kerr in that he would need to replace himself with an inferior player. Although you've forgotten Curtis Woodhouse got 4 England U21 caps in 1999 which makes him the number one contender, in his own head. His stellar managerial career since applying when Kerr got sacked of 3 wins from 13 at Marske United has made real fools out of our BoD.
  12. Not that it ever helps but I'm sure someone living a mile from Somerset will appear online at some stage after doing a pitch inspection of their back garden.
  13. SFA and UK Government https://www.scottishfa.co.uk/football-development/scottish-fa-grassroots-pitch-facilities-fund/ https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/multi-sport-grassroots-facilities-programme-projects-2021-to-2025
  14. Wonder who told Bullen he should wear a poppy like it's a bow tie.
  15. Was curious to know how much delivery to Zambia would be only to notice the only African country the club shop lists is South Africa. Although Aruba and North Korea are included so I'm sure our fan clubs in those countries will need to snap this up.
  16. Assuming it's based on what he said here https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/ayrshire/loan-star-logan-chalmers-loving-31250275.amp
  17. Of the two I imagine Young is the more realistic long term option which is why I would keep him. Noticed he's managed to make a couple of midweek Newcastle games which might go in our favour. Looking to next season Syla, Smith and Dempsey are all signed up, and we've got an option on Murdoch although as harsh as it seems I would let him leave.
  18. As all 3 have played for their parent clubs this season Ireland is probably the only option for them as neither them or Young would be regulars if recalled. Ideal situation may be extending Senga and Young loans in January and loan out Smith (and Bryden) to L1 clubs.
  19. Comfortable isn't that strange a word to use. You also have unintentionally missed out him saying "I'm happy here".
  20. Hopefully Sheff Wed hold off announcing someone until our press conference is released tomorrow. Rumour mill can then go into overdrive if it turns out Bullen didn't record it today.
  21. Bullen has went from 16/1 this afternoon to now 9/1 on SkyBet. He'll be odds on by the end of the night if everyone on here put a pound on him.
  22. Shows how bad it is for them under the current chairman that he's listed as a realistic option and a section actually seem to want him.
  23. That'll be Bullen spending the rest of the week looking at his phone now willing it to ring.
