There was always going to come a time when the core of the team that our last few years of relative success has been built around would start to break up.Flanny retiring and Stevie H and Liam Dick going full time was the start and Trouts moving on after a horror season with injury is a fair chunk of said core.All terrific players for us and now time for new heroes to step up.Kevin Cawley re-signing was probably the biggest stick on,delighted with that.Robertson has also re-signed so now we wait and see who Rice can add.Its going to be some league next season.

Like everyone else it was an appointment that surprised me but there was no point in commenting until the season got underway.The Clyde fans told us that he would make lots of signings and discard them at will if he wasn,t happy.Having failed to get Clyde promoted with this approach i would have hoped for a change in mentality but clearly not.Ferguson will not give a toss about our opinions nor will his assistant as they are cut from the same cloth.Something has clearly happened between Neil and the manager as Neils standing in the game at part time level is outstanding.Think we are in for an interesting season which we might not enjoy.Fans are angry but i hope we dont make make it a toxic atmosphere as that will not help the team.

Congratulations on retaining you,re status in the championship,well deserved.I also agree that Arbroath players are at least as good and fit as a lot of the full time teams but those full time teams do enjoy loads of advantages over you.The fact that they keep hiring the same old deadwood to manage themselves is why good part time sides like yourselves are as good on the park.Best of luck for next season.

There is only one name that should be in the frame for our next manager and thats Andy Graham.Respected by everyone and he knows everyone. Most fans don,t know that it was Andy that got Trouten to the club when Jim had not fancied him and he also identified Innes Cameron before the season started.Next season league 1 could have three full time teams in it and if not at the very least a strong Cove and Arbroath.Andy would keep who he wants along with our youngsters and i believe he would recruit well.I wish Peter well,he put the pitch back to its full size and always encouraged us to play the way that best suited our players but his team selections were skewed and it cost us.

I would take that a stage further and say every part time side in the country could face this if they take their eye off the ball.Stirling,Cowden and Brechin have all been in the championship in the last decade with Dumbarton fighting to stay in league 1.It doesn,t take long for a good side to be dismantled.The sides from the LL and HL are well financed with the bigger junior sides on the way also.Lets face it the Shire and Berwick are not showing any signs of getting back.

Agree with this.They were two up in the game with minutes to go and everyone agreeing they were the better side.Racists are total cowards so he picked on Rangers least aggressive player of colour to spew his bile and ran away.If players really want this stamped out then the players of colour in the Slavia team should have thrown him under the bus.

We have went to the form team in the division and won.We achieved this without four players who would all have played had they been available.For what its worth I think the red card was a bit harsh but its a stretch to say you win it with eleven.We scored three and missed a pen which gets most games won so i think we earned it.We have a good record against Queens and there is no obvious reason for that and it clearly rankles with some fans but its football and thats how it goes.Ourselves and Arbroath get results against full time teams because we are decent but its always caveated with the other team being crap on the day or poor refereeing.We get our share of tough refereeing calls as well.

What part of screaming at the players for the entire 90 minutes constitutes coaching.The players must be demented listening to him.Staying in the championship as a part time club is very difficult with only ourselves twice Arbroath,Cowdenbeath and best of all Dumbarton managing to get up and stay up in the last decade and it invariably ends at some point.What we need now is to get our best players in their best positions and just let them play.Taggs at right back,Robertson in the middle with Hetherington,Scougall and Cawley in front with Trouten in the no.10.Cameron or thompson can play as a lone striker in front of them.Get everyone a little further up the park and go for it.Plenty pace and ability for me.

To get the pace we are looking for get Scougall off the bench.Far too good a player to not be in the side.He and Kev give us plenty pace up top and support for the front man.Taggart and Robertson have done great for us in defence but they are not in their best positions.Taggs at his best is an attacking full back and he is quick and Robbo is a midfielder with the passing game that gets our players on the ball going forward.Its much easier to defend when you are not doing it for the whole game.

The lad was in with us at the start of the season and it looked like we were getting him.For whatever reason he went to Ayr.We have had a lot of success with loan players in recent years and for me its because they get plenty game time.You will never get the best out of a young player if he gets a handful of minutes now and then.At Ayr he would be behind players like Moffat,and even he doesn,t play every week and he is different class.I have never seen the lad play so don,t know what to expect but welcome to the club and I hope he does well.

O,Brien has defended Sow well and is turning out of trouble when it hits his hand.Might be the rules but its very harsh.

You got the points deduction due to the mismanagement of you,re club.Thats twice in the first fifth of the century so i don,t know where you,re confidence comes from that you will unlikely mess up again in the next eighty years.I agree that you should be nowhere near this league and given the amound of money FOH donates you should direct you,re ire at the boardroom instead of blaming everyone else.

Given that this is the second time this century Hearts have spectacularly mismanaged themselves into the lower leagues you,re arithmetic could use some work.You will win this league at a canter,some achievment for one of Scotland,s most successful clubs.

Please let Hearts win this to shut Tanner up about the quadruple treble and going on about Celtic and their quality.They are average at best and Hearts gave them the first half due to Neilson and his tactics

He put the bulk of the Alloa side together who are punching above their weight in the championship.He then saved St Mirren from an almost certain relegation to league one and followed it up by winning the league.He took the job at the basket case that is Sunderland and almost got them promoted via the playoffs.Given that they currently sit eleventh in league one getting rid of him has certainly worked ;Not.Hibs are third in the premier and in the last four of the league cup.If he is shite McInnes should have been binned years ago for his non achievments at Aberdeen.

Sevco don,t produce young players for Sevco never mind Scotland.Who has come through their youth system to be a first team regular since Barry Ferguson.Ian Durrant but for injury would have been a standout.As long as their support demand trophies every year as their right no manager will ever get to build something sustainable despite having a world class training facility.Sevco fans don,t seem to realise that they are a huge part of their problem.

Hearts cruised the championship with a side made up of young players from the academy and a couple of good signings.Since returning to the top flight you have reverted to blowing large budgets on rubbish.For a club that thinks its the third club in Scotland its a joke how you are run.Four wins all season and 57 points behind Celtic.You are about as relevant in Scottish football as the patsies that are wheeled out to play the Harlem Globetrotters.The board and management of you,re club have relegated you,nobody else.

All this because a global pandemic gave this horrible club a sniff that they could stop Celtic getting 9 in a row,something that wasn,t happening on the pitch.Thats their only interest and their fans buy into it like sheep.Does anyone believe they give a toss about Hearts,Partick or Stranraer.They want Doncaster removed,the man who actively campaigned to get them in the championship back in 2012.Like most of the rest of Scottish football I,m no lover of either of the sisters but I really hope Celtic win the next one with Lennon in charge as they will implode.

The only fair way with sporting integrity would be to finish the season on the pitch.Its also the only scenario that can,t happen and its been well posted as to why.IMO there is no way anything we come up with is totally fair.Celtic,Dundee Utd and Cove have skooshed their leagues while Raith and Falkirk are too close to call.Hearts and Partick don,t deserve an automatic relegation and Brora and Kelty/Bonnyrigg deserve their shot at promotion to the leagues or the pyramid is a white elephant.Add to that the large amount of clubs with a chance at the playoffs its surprising the vote got so close to passing.Sorting this out will be entertaining.

This,the one guaranteed fact is that this season is finished.
