  1. This also happens to me on my BT box. Very irritating.
  2. This is true. 95% of the c***s at my gym split their time between looking at their phone and looking in the mirror.
  3. Or more likely most 15 year olds are inherently idiotic enough to be indoctrinated by anything persuasive enough.
  4. She should be allowed back, the baby cared for but she should face up to what she's done. You can't just walk back in and pretend nothing happened, she doesn't even regret it. I'm no legal expert so not sure if possible but she should be prosecuted and jailed.
  5. This. At a certain level of opposition, fans do not give two shits how you win. Nobody cares how they beat Barcelona or whoever else in Europe, it goes down in history as one of their best nights. Maybe if you're playing Lincoln Red Imps, but getting through a knockout tie with Valencia would be impressive no matter how it's achieved.
  6. You could apply it to many, many consumer products and services. ETA - ICTChris has made a valid point though. Social media has made it very easy to manipulate people on a large scale with very targeted propaganda, knowing that 95% of people aren't interested in researching facts.
  7. I'd say it's pretty easy to distinguish between the involuntary and the attention seekers. There was a guy at my gym who was doing it and at the end of every set let out a "WOOOOO!"
  8. It does read a lot like Barry confused himself in the internal conflict over being Lewis' Uncle and a staunch Rangers man, resulting in the nonsensical verbal diarrhoea contained in that article.
  9. Tbf that's as poisonous an atmosphere as I've seen at Pittodrie, on both sides. Everyone drunk and everyone very, very angry. The crowd trouble however was quite blatantly started by one set of fans and persisted for a matter of minutes. Robbie Winters was unable to take the corner for being pelted whilst being serenaded with some lovely songs before a few drunk dafties from our end (and it was maybe 10 at most) decided to act hard.
  10. Deadlifting is something I have simply never mastered the technique, to the extent that I've just stopped doing it as you look like a total idiot and you get no benefit from it anyway. Should really get some PT advice or something on the best way to do it.
  11. I'd agree with you, the Granola is more of a convenience before work over making a more decent breakfast everyday. Weekends I'm always back on the eggs etc.
  12. Come across this a lot when I'm out running. End up often having to run roadside of the bus shelter to get past the c***s as they are normally fixated on their phone, completely unaware of what's going on.
  13. Never been a fan of porridge although everyone raves about it. Have thought about changing to it but no point eating something you don't enjoy. I currently switch periodically between high protein granola or an omelette with some avocado on the side.
  14. I tolerate a lot of shite TV but I put my foot down when my wife suggested we watch that pish.
  15. 4 hours cunto Right, it's done. I don't particularly like it, it has less charm than God does.
  16. Daily Record already discussing potential kick off times for our apparent cup draw against Rangers. Slight flaw there.
  17. Someone’s on the ball. I’ve admittedly given this very little thought.
  18. Is it not more that these phrases are overused as opposed to never making sense? Knowing your best XI is generally quite important in any successful team, no? Obviously it’s important to have squad depth and the ability to rotate the team but ultimately you want an element of consistency of selection/performance to be successful, particularly in a league competition. Managers chopping and changing the team significantly every week tend to be less successful.
