Hey look, Falkirk have put in two dismal performances at home to Montrose and Forfar after signing a bunch of part-timers from England and declaring that they're serious title contenders after finishing 8th as now it's #theirtime and suddenly they all flood in to the HR thread on a fishing trip. It's fair to judge him as a creative winger, which he isn't. As a striker he was hardly given a look-in and still provided Dundee fans with some of their best memories of the past couple of seasons.

Well playing a dangerous, explosive striker as a striker will certainly help him. Certainly much better than trying to shoehorn him in as a creative winger.

Judging Faiss' spell at Dundee is a bit harsh imo. He was used as a bit-part player and played out of position in the wrong role.

Seems like AJ is only in management to wind up Falkirk, does it superbly tbf.

I think you do a good job of making sure that is not the case.

I'm imagining him turning up with a boy called Baissal El Fakhtaoui who looks utterly identical to Faiss but with a comedy moustache.

I'd take McDonald but in a similar way to Flood, backup and experience and to provide competition for the first-team. Faiss and Murray would be sensual.

I think my biggest issue with all these mouth breathers is that they behave as if Johnston had walked into the dressing room, stuck the fingers up and most of these guys and told them to f**k off. We offered them contracts, they wanted more money, we weren't willing to give them that so they went elsewhere. We seem to be doing quite intelligent business this summer too, as AJ tends to do every summer tbh. We've built up the squad from back to front, the fact that we're almost in striker territory now is giving me a semi.

hmm.

Why is Robinson getting suspended likely? What happens if our entire first team suddenly get injured, suspended and lose the will to play football all at the same time? What if a meteor hits the earth and we all perish? What if Andy Ryan isn't a championship quality striker? What is your solution if AJ quits to become the new Barca manager? Starting to get concerned about our dealings this summer so far, although it all depends on the quality of players that AJ brings in, there's every possibility that in a month's time we'll be criclewanking over our new signings. We definitely need to bring in some real quality players if we're improving on last season's squad though. Wouldn't mind a cheeky wee Ryan Hardie loan. Hardie and Faiss up top sounds pretty nice tbh.
