  1. I was on the media area covering the stats and the first half added one minute and two minutes were added for the second. I made a note as both seemed to be earlier than I would have expected but there was injury time unlike Montrose a few weeks ago, where the ref blew up at 44m 40 seconds!
  2. I was sitting right in front of him during the game and never noticed. When I watched the highlights on YT on Sunday, I near crapped myself as he was so much louder than the other commentator when Arbroath scored. Proper jump-scare there!
  3. fwiw, I am one of the few lucky people allowed to attend games at the moment due to my job. Whilst the checks before entering the ground make sense and we are all ordered to wear masks at all times, the amount of people in the stands who pull theirs down as soon as they sit down, wear it incorrectly or just don't bother wearing one at all has always surprised me. Note that I tend to be at the part-time teams. No idea if mask wearing is more strict for FT clubs.
  4. I was there doing data gathering. Bloody freezing but a decent game for nil nil. I worry for Brechin having seen them a few times this year. McCord nowhere near as effective as when with us, and shagger benched last night. QP looked pretty handy and could have had 2 or 3 if they could finish.
  5. Natural Everton fan here (born in the city) and my first game was a 6-0 victory against Chelsea in 1978 where Bob Latchford scored his 30th goal to win a massive £10k. Gave up my season ticket when I moved to Scotland 20 years ago. I remember helping Arbroath sell tickets for the Celtic replay back in 2012. They gave me a ticket for helping them and were selling half-season tickets for under £100 so bought one. Took the missus to the game and remember being colder than I have ever been in my life standing at Gayfield - could hardly walk back to the car we were so frozen. Enjoyed freezing my nuts off every season since (although doing data collection this season has seen me miss a few games). Much prefer lower league part-time football to the commercial nonsense that is 'big' teams.
  6. They didn't buy any 50/50 tickets though - was it really only £32.50???!?!?!
  7. Would suit me fine - both of my clubs playing each other
