  1. Maybe if the people who seem to be getting annoyed stopped posting he might get tired? It's only one thread - just ignore it.
  2. So, the sensible and pragmatic alternative approach is to declare war?
  3. Wordle 249 4/6 [emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833] I went a bit off the ball at one point there.
  4. We ended up watching all the series but, you're right, the quality really did drop off after the first.
  5. So, I take it you're not swayed by a drive-through Greggs or whatever the latest plans involve?
  6. I don't think anyone needs to be particularly great this year to finish 4th and qualify for Europe. While I hope it's Motherwell, St. Mirren must be thinking they'll never get a better chance.

  8. The thing with his partner went to court where she said it was all a big misunderstanding.
  9. I don't think I've ever said this before but I'm slightly jealous of the St. Mirren supporters. Can you imagine the state of our support for a Saturday night cup game in Edinburgh?
  10. At the end of the last episode they set it up for Bosch and Maddie to branch out on their own and I believe there are a few series in the pipeline. Don't know if they felt they had taken Bosch as far as they could but the books branch out in different ways so there was certainly more material there. I really liked the way they intertwined the city and police politics in with the police cases, hopefully the new series can keep that aspect going. For those that liked Bosch, I can recommend Goliath with Billy Bob Thornton (also on Prime).
  11. Referee was very inconsistent with the bookings. Carroll probably a bit lucky not get one and Ramsay should have had a very early booking for pulling Shields back as he drove in to the box.
  12. When you look at some of the recent double-headers, McInnes obviously made the decision after cup defeats that the team wouldn't be bullied. Aberdeen then sneaked the league game but the games were brutal to watch. Not much different yesterday other than it ended a draw. Agreed on the disallowed goal being inconclusive. It was so tight that I don't think you can really criticise the officials too much (other than team bias) in these situations considering we struggle to tell using still photos.
  13. One of my favourites but a bit peaty for some.

  15. I'm not really getting this. Sportscene highlights didn't show his position when the ball was kicked but they had somehow got hold of a clip taken from the moon which thy seemed to think conclusively shows he's onside. If anything, it looks to me as though Ramirez's shoulder is slightly further forward. The only thing this proves is the decision was marginal. The linesman had an impossible task and it would have needed VAR to clear it up. It's certainly not comparable with Efford's from the previous week. I heard Goodwin's radio interview after the game and he's not changed. Claiming he had seen he was clearly onside and saying he had been told that Aberdeen had been on the receiving end of a few of these decisions (conveniently ignoring the one that went in their favour the previous week).
  16. I'm just catching up on A View From The Terrace. Reference to Dougie Imrie - that can only have come from@thisGRAEME Well done sir.
  17. Is Jamie Langfield incapable of growing a joined-up beard and moustache or does he grow it like that?
  18. Fyne Ales' Dreamworld Session IPA from Beer 52. I could happily spend a session on this.
  19. Did Gallagher need to buy a ticket to get back in after Van Veen spun on the edge of the box?
  20. Pithy Rascal Pale Ale from Loch Lomond. I don't generally like their stuff but this is very nice. And yes, very badly poured.
