Our problem is quite clearly at center mid and full back. Sort out both these positions and pick between McGhee, Balatoni and Grant for center half and we are relatively sound. Probably need one striker and hope one of the others step up.

I'd be inclined to keep Craigen and McKee, I think they are both good players but we need a bit of a Vaulks in the middle with them, neither are leaders.
