My wife decided to attempt poaching an egg the other day. The instructions she looked up (bbc good food) started off with "make sure you strain your egg". She had the egg in a sieve. Good back up. Need 1x starter minimum LB McKenzie - improved since Barry left. Largely coped with all non OF wingers and we don't have europe next season so probably low priority to replace. Best for me was Mike Leigh's Naked in the cinema tent at Glastonbury in the early nineties.
