  1. I've been listening to Transformer by Lou Reed quite a lot the past few days.
  2. I've just donated, it feels good to help out the club. I had already put money aside for cup final tickets so at least this way the club will get 100% of it instead of a share.
  3. I was really looking forward to hearing the new Real Estate album which came out today but, the single track aside, it was very forgettable. It's a shame because their previous albums have been great. I'm very impressed by the Undercover Dream Lovers album. Well worth checking out.
  4. I'm guessing the duvet cover was buttoned up before going in the tumble dryer. This prevents other items (pillow cases, etc.) from going inside the duvet cover and not drying properly.
  5. The seats from the away end have been used to replace broken seats in the home end.
  6. I'm looking forward to the new Real Estate album.
  7. My top ten for this year - 1. This Is How You Smile - Helado Negro 2. Nothing Great About Britain - Slowthai 3. Claude Fontaine - Claude Fontaine 4. Omoiyari - Kishi Bashi 5. Pang! - Gruff Rhys 6. Home - The Money War 7. Malibu Ken - Aesop Rock and Tobacco 8. Outer Peace - Toro y Moi 9. Oncle Jazz - Men I Trust 10. Grey Area - Lil Simz
  8. Kishi Bashi was great in Glasgow last night, he's one of the best songwriters around.
  9. The Claude Fontaine album is brilliant, I've listened to it a lot in the last few weeks.
  10. Nice one, Y Niwl are quality. I saw them play in Kirkcaldy in 2012 and have been a fan ever since. Gruff from Y Niwl has recently released a solo album called Bitw which is very good indeed.
  11. I don't get to many games due to work but I was there yesterday. It's strange, despite being 2 down at half time, I knew we weren't going to lose. There's certainly a great team spirit, which is something that's been lacking in the past few seasons. The atmosphere was great too, fair play to the young lads at the back of the stand. I know it's only October but I'm feeling rather optimistic.
  12. They are, have you seen them before? I've been a fan since finding their album 'Where We Were Together' on Bandcamp.
  13. Going to see the South Korean indie/surf band Say Sue Me at the end of the month. I've also got tickets for Kishi Bashi in November.
