  1. I got an email from the UEFA ticketing saying There was a "Get tickets" link I followed in the email, not sure if the tickets show or not just by logging into your account, would defo check your emails and log in anyway to check.
  2. I think it was one of my originals yeah, this was before I managed to get up to 12 points, so deciding not to bother based on if we do manage to get there I think I should be able to get a last 16 ticket through the SSC. We'll be guaranteed to both be one of 1D, 2F and progress if I don't buy it, so really I'm doing us all a favour.
  3. Got one of these for the 1D v 2F last 16, but tbh, not really arsed, so not going to bother buying it. Cat 1 or 2, just doesn't seem worth it likelihood Scotland won't progress and I'll be home by then.
  4. What lifts are you at a plateau? Sometimes dealing with a plateau just means, bump the weight up and start trying to reach the reps you got at the previous weight or drop set it afterwards. Overhead press is a classic for this, so this is what I usually do. Legs you need to hit 2 or 3 times a week to avoid DOMS, I tend to not dedicate a leg day anymore and just do it after arms or back day or Sunday should be a rest day but sometimes just do legs instead. Creatine also helps avoid DOMS.
  5. Was about to try and describe what I do with bands, but this chap more or less covers it. Bands are great. My shoulders are like chocolate, so I do a lot of rotator cuff warmups with bands, arm 90 degree from body, elbow at 90 degree and then rotate using a band or light weight. Would just google rotator cuff warmup as my explanation is probably awful.
  6. Strong winds blew part of my fence down last night, been a long time coming, but weirdly wasn't the part of the fence that I thought would go first.
  7. Just absolute luck really, spoke to really nice / helpful lassie when I went in and literally as I stood chatting to her someone else phoned to cancel two tickets. I've heard people say they don't always do it so fair play to her for sorting it out.
  8. I had everything booked thinking it would be a good allocation, decided to go anyway for a laugh and then went down with the lads for pickup in the off chance. Turned out to be the best decision otherwise I'd have been last minute trek to Georgia which I really didn't want to have to pay for.
  9. Managed to get myself onto 12 points in France turning up for the collection without a ticket and getting someone's cancellation, cheers to whoever the f**k that was! Absolutely buzzing for the draw.
  10. Our cup draws really suck the life out of the Scottish Cup for me. If I'm getting this right, 8 of our last 10 Scottish cup games have been home ties and the only two away games were Rangers and Dundee Utd, losing both of them. Wasn't very good before that either, we always seem to get drawn teams in our own division. Anyway can't wait, wouldn't miss it for the world etc... f**k me.
  11. Is there many pubs left in Invergordon, thought it was just the social now.
  12. We're not really setup for the cruise line industry are we.
  13. Sit on a bus to Loch Ness or spend time in Invergordon though, easy choice even if you're just off the boat.
  14. That's quite impressive from the helicopter pilot tbh.
  15. Imagine you got on a cruise with little to no knowledge of Scotland and then you stop in fucking Invergordon.
  16. Will always remember him fondly as a superb bad guy in Lethal Weapon 2 "Diplomatic Immunity!"
  17. Is anyone lactose intolerant willing to share their experiences when ingesting dairy products? Is it a fairly rapid effect after ingesting dairy products you then suffer? I've been ill recently, immediate thought was food poisoning or bug, I definitely had a fever and temp during this. But before it all kicked off I felt very bloated and meh, now trying to get food in is a real slog, I'll maybe feel hungry for a short while, then have to basically force something down and it feels like any time I have dairy products I start feeling bloated. Could be just getting over illness I guess, but it's a total pain in the arse as I usually need about 120g of protein a day for working out, I've no chance of hitting that just now.
  18. I don't mind the Kenneth Williams stuff tbh, as I think most use it in a parodical way now. I fucking can't stand the term "minter" get that right to f**k.
  19. Seconded for Thomsons. Great bar. Malones is actually acceptable as well, Guinness in there usually very good. Blue Blazer further up the hill is a great pub too.
  20. What kind of Sony ones? I might end up doing it tbh. I think I've got quite big ears, so no danger of them falling out
  21. Ah that's the good stuff. On Monday morning my 3 year old daughter climbed into bed with me (missus had already vacated to lie next to youngest who has a cold) said she'd be quiet but wanted a bit of my pillow, less than a minute later had all of my pillow and was poking me in the face. 6:30am on a Monday and nursery was closed as well.
