In my previous job, I was probably the victim of workplace bullying (or at least, workplace intimidation). You don’t realise it until you’re out. Screamed at and threatened by a manager to undertake consecutive day shift into night shifts. This behaviour was backed up by said manager’s manager, so what chance do you have. I refused and was made to feel very small. It was a macho environment and I imagine this behaviour is very common. Synonymous with the types who bemoan ‘snowflakes’ and use the phrase ‘in my day’. Another phrase of his which springs to mind is ‘seduction, not rape’.

Is the pressure #mounting on Goodwin yet? Hard to polish a turd, granted, but the record since he came in is frankly horrific.

I actually thought at first glance Lee Johnson would be a decent appointment. By all accounts he was harshly hounded out of Sunderland because they got pumped 5-0 but they were still in the upper reaches of the league at the time (maybe 3rd).

There's multiple players wanting away, I think that's clear. Brown probably, Ferguson definitely, Ramirez probably, Gallagher maybe, Lewis allegedly. Amongst others I'm sure. Just looks like the chips are down and it's gone stagnant. This is all rumour-mill stuff and based on nothing but I do wonder if some of the 'old guard' have struggled with the change of regime - from McInnes' by all accounts laid back approach to training to the bigger demands made by Glass and now Goodwin, although too early to say obviously.
