    Teams which didn't qualify for European football. The English teams took it reasonably seriously when it was the Texaco Cup but their interest did gradually diminish. The season after we won it was the last, Chesterfield beating Rangers on the way to winning it.

    No. Bristol City were a top division side when we beat them in the final. Celtic, Rangers, Aberdeen, Hearts, Hibs, Motherwell etc all failed to win it.

    I was married but had been separated for years, just hadn't got around to signing any papers. Anyway, my cohab has been pressuring me for ages to sort it out. She said she would be overjoyed if I married her so, to make her happy, we did it. I think that was big o' me.

    Normally I wouldn't touch a 1/10 on a football acca as it adds only x1.1 to the odds but bet365's acca bonus goes from 12% (5 fold) to 15% (6 fold) so adding Rangers got me close to an extra £20.
