Was going to have a day off today but I scranned a grab bag of Monster Munch so decided to switch it up and just do a shorter more intense run and nailed 1.25km in 10 mins, which I know isn't that impressive but considering 2 weeks back I did 3km in 40 mins I'm very happy with that. I've always been shite at intense running rather than a slow jog but feel like with the treadmill it's easier than going out for a gut bursting run. I've been making sure I'm running with good posture and for someone that generally slumps about I must say my back keeps on killing me after my runs, I'm hoping that's muscle being built up rather than some form type of issue.

You lost one game and won the other 3-2, I'd say that's fair to say it was a struggle... you could have been away by half time in the Hearts game but you weren't and you ran out of steam the second half when they worked out a way to play and the game ended with 1 goal between the teams... In Europe you lost considerably to the Danish mob...you then beat a diddy team whilst conceding at will away against said diddies. I didn't see any of your recent fixture but from what you and others have said that game could have been different had they taken their chances... I'd say that's fair to describe as a struggle. Nothing to do with Rangers in Europe, we have been poor and struggled like f**k. I'm just saying you've barely been challenged and when you have been challenged you've found it tough, the panic from Bennett and the over excitement by some celtc fans that you'll come to Ibrox and score a bucket load is just hyperbole. Where is the reach? I'm merely saying that you guys haven't been comprehensively challenged, credit where credit is due you've smashed your easy games. The league won't be won by you or us beating teams like St Mirren or Dundee at home though and if you pump us next week I'll hold my hands up and jump into panic mode too!

No kids so can't answer with anything worth while but I agree with this. I started gaming on PS1, would have been just about under the age of 10 and my maw had to confiscate it after I would get really pissed off when losing at Tekken and would break stuff. (I can still remember that detestable auld b*****d, was bullshit) Since then I barely ever raged at a game even in my sweaty teenage years, probably played GTA for the first time 12+ so was conscious as to most of the humour and the fact that it was a silly violent video game. I think my parents did really well with allowing me to watch or play stuff but of course if there was the need to step in they would. I think if I had children I'd be comfortable with them playing shooter games like Cod or Fortnite at practically any age as long as they were moderated and didn't fly off the handle when losing but would probably keep them away from the GTA or the more gratuitous games til they had a bit of maturity about them.

Chill bro. They've played Dundee and St Mirren at home... struggled against Hearts both games and struggled in Europe. Pretty much this. Literally a few defensive f**k ups have happened, it's not the end of the world, Goldson has looked a lot better last couple of games and we've dominated the game today, midfield looked comfortable the entire game, forward players looked up for it. We're building up solid momentum, not some desperate hype type momentum that's built on a foundation of sand.
