Yes the last such game was the home fans only COVID restrictions one. Hope it's better for me this time. Merry Christmas!

Yes there's a separate cash gate for both home and away fans, at the correct area of the shared stand. We had about 250 at Ayr and I'd guess Morton might bring a similar amount? Home win for me despite our lack of goals scoring recently. Cheers

Ayr v Airdrie, I guess.

Fair enough comment indeed and it's a long season. -
Certainly see us a bottom half team and I agree with @Mr November so I'll say little more apart from Todorov is hardly worth even a bench spot.

Pretty consistent in losing goal from a corner, passing fairly safe and no shooting accuracy. Ayr took their one chance in first half and certainly had openings in the second but seeing Fordyce upfront in that last five minutes was a reminder how we used to do that with Sean Crighton and equally in effective. I know we hit the post and had some scrambled chances but our front three is lacking . Bottom six struggle looks certain and real battles ahead. -

It's the west stand and presumably you stay there. The days of changing ends are long gone . In the railway terrace you're free to wander behind the goal! -

Bought away stand seat and aided by very helpful club shop person as my email was being unhelpful. Predicting a score draw and I'd be content to avoid another defeat in this very tight bottom six. Been a while since I've been at Somerset and under floodlights it's usually a good view. -
Agree with all the comments on the sad news about Willie McCulloch. It might be just a tale but in the Tynecastle late win after coming on, a Hearts fan leaving the ground, is reported as bemoaning that auld, baldy guy's impact. RIP.

He certainly was a more exciting striker but I think Gal has a much better scoring record in the same League and we got promoted with his contributions. Andy of course departed as was his right whilst Gal has shown a bit more loyalty. It's all a debate of course and I'm in the Gal offers more camp. Hope I see a win on Saturday and it's been a good season so far.

Airdrie vs Pars (9th December)
Chapelhall chap replied to DA Baracus's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
In the sun abroad just now but a windy day at Peterhead a few years ago was the coldest despite the hillwalking layers, tammy etc! Will miss the game but it's sure to be a thriller! Home win and Todorov toddles on to get late winner for Airdrie this time. -
The Arbroath Thread

He was a very good player at Airdrie and an interesting management record so I wish him all the best , as long as Arbroath stay below us. -

Missing out as I'm abroad and I'm glad to avoid any canal antics, but I think the result will be reverse of previous game. Sorry I'm not there. -
Stranraer 2023-24
Chapelhall chap replied to EdinburghBlue's topic in Scottish League 2 General Chatter
Way off in my predicted score but somehow we managed to win. That was mainly due to an excellent save by Josh Rae and a poor rebound shot from the one time Stranraer broke through. It was the usual keep the ball moving against a resolute defence but apart from a good cross and nice flick and finish by Gal, I can say that we didn't break through enough but we're through anyway. Lovely drive down but it became really cold on the feet Stranraer look ok for safety in L2 once injuries clear up. -
Stranraer 2023-24
Chapelhall chap replied to EdinburghBlue's topic in Scottish League 2 General Chatter
Spoke with some Stranraer guys last night and they have many injuries of their better players so we'll have to be alert tomorrow! Have been allocated parts of the wee North stand and the terrace, as well as the grassy slope behind the goal. Weather looks cold but dry and it's a heavy pitch so playing out from the back might feature less! 3 - 0 to the Diamonds!
