  1. I'm thinking we should just have open training sessions, go and watch them instead of wasting a Saturday, according to the last two managers that's when our bunch seem to shine before they turn into hopeless haddies on a Saturday.
  2. Can mind of popping into Fast Freddies for a bucket of chips, waiting on bus home from Brockville, with mates before we headed to get our bottle of thunderbird, pocket money well spent imo! As for the Viking didn't matter how pished I was I never once ate out there, looked minging, but maybe I was bad one to judge considering I would have just blew my wages in the shithole that was the Martel.
  3. Why is Miller getting so much attention and scrutiny, its not like its M and M situation where they are joint managers, at end of day buck stops with Rennie, he's the manager. Is it because of his old firm connections, can't mind Grainger getting as much grief, and I can't even mind who Mckinnons assistant was
  4. I'd wait and see what happens at Airdrie, if they get promoted or not, and go all out to try get Ian Murray
  5. Tbf, He will be on a day off from his Falkirk duties, and how he spends that time is up to him, and he probably knows he won't be here next season, so keeping his options open for media work, more things to worry about at Falkirk than if our assistant manager is on commentary
  6. Is the guy from the shop "Corzo" still here having a say in things?
  7. The Sky pundits are keen to blame everyone else in that UTD defence, rather than Mcguire, waiting on them blaming Varane next even though he's no on the pitch.
  8. No really, but what we save on his wages next season we will put towards taking Murray off yous.
  9. Agree with this 100%. Off topic but it only seems to be Greggs that makes pre packed sandwiches, that isn't spread in the mingin stuff( butter/ margarine).
  10. What channel is best to watch on tonight? Sky or BBC? I'm edging towards BBC just purely because of the lack of adverts
  11. If Martin Rennie manages to get our shambles of a team promoted through the play offs this year, he might be a contender if Aberdeen wait till the summer,, MLS experience as well that Dave will love.
  12. I'm no really bothered who wins but slightly favouring the Bengals, for the simple reason I don't like the look of Sean McVay, (people you dislike for no apparent reason thread for this) Only got into American Football in last couple of years, so haven't got a dedicated team yet, but that will change next season, I've narrowed it down to 3, Miami Dolphins( as kid in 80s can mind Dan Marino, Miami vice etc) Chicago Bears( American City I'd like to visit the most, so if I do I'll take in a game if I can) Minnesota Vikings( cool kit, reminds me of Batistuta and Fiorentina, smart stadium) Any other suggestions are welcome, bearing in mind I'm a Falkirk fan, so a team that is failing miserably to the humour of others, and loads of fans( wouldn't be a true Falkirk supporter if I never got a crowd w**k in) lol
  13. Twenty years at least I'd guess, I was reading they have the rights of the world club final later this month but are only going to show it live if Chelsea make the final.
  14. Folk moaning about Sturgeon comments, would be the same people moaning if she never said anything about the top thing on every news programme, newspaper, social media etc, Sturgeon could come to there door and hand them a cheque for a £1 million and these people would be straight on social media slagging her for it not being in cash.
  15. Seen that, think it's that lottery winner from Edinburgh, Jane park, who he's sniffing about when he says it
  16. Turned over from Chelsea v Spurs game, getting fed up of EPL, good choice, last minute equaliser for 10 man Gabon.
  17. If we were in for Reynolds, which we don't know if we were apart from hearsay, we probably missed out because he might fancy playing in the Championship next season with Cove rather than slugging it out down here in league 1 with us, which is looking likely
  18. Only if he won if I mind right, was a huffy git when he got beat.
  19. I wouldn't read too much into what Rennie is saying in his interviews regarding the system, I.e Holt,, he's hardly going to say its rubbish, I presume as long as Holt is still in the Sporting Directors role he will be Rennies boss.
  20. Flicking through the channels, and noticed Planes, Trains and Automobiles about to start.
  21. All good saying Rennie and before him Sheerin, have final say on signings it's that clown Holt that is scouting players for them to choose from,,, if that is all Rennie has to choose from in January does he stick or twist thinking they can't be any worse surely, and we all know how that ends up with Holt drawing up the shortlist!
  22. I think the same about Derby, they seem to be on sky every week,, just checked and there on live today again,,, Sky wouldn't be interested in them in the slightest if they had a different manager.
  23. Biggest difference I can make is, Dowds is playing for a part-time team against better full time players,, not other way about, by all means I don't think Dowds will be our savour but he be better than the myth that is Keena,
