Your quoted article is hidden behind a paywall. However, what happened to the underspend? Was it Retained, and carried forward into next years budget; or Handed back to Westminster like Labour had done in previous years Take your time...
-
F*ck off with your concern trolling, Stormzy, It was only last night that you were celebrating a dog dying of cancer. As I've said before, you really are a piece of shit.
-
Blair & Starmer have f*ck all to do with the highlighted services as they are all devolved. You should be referencing Dewar, McLeish & McConnell, all of whom 'protected' Scottish public services by sending any underspend back to Westminster. Compare & contrast with the current administration's policy in this area.

Unfortunately, Dundee will probably win the Scottish Cup again before Labour abolish the Lords. Probably Arbroath will win the Champions League the same season.

Is "cuntsiderate" a word?

The Arbroath Thread
lichtgilphead replied to Lichtie78's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
Things go in cycles. We can't expect to be successful all the time. The current team are the best (and maybe even better) since the 1971-75 squad. I'll be happy to watch the team whatever league they are in next season. -
Note that Stormzy/Santan.Albus/@RuMoore doesn't deny the basic accusation of being a multi-banned troll. Here are 3 of his contributions to the "show us your dogs" thread under 3 different aliases. How's the dog, Stormzy?

. @Jedi2 - my recollection is that you chose to leave the politics forum, then decided to return with a new name. Not a problem. However, you will be judged by the company you keep. Your new pal @RuMoore has previously been banned for operating multiple trolling accounts. His previous aliases include Stormzy, Santan & Albus Bulbasaur. Green dotting his trolling attempts does you no favours and will damage any credibility you are trying to build.

The Pie and Bovril Dead Pool 2024

My captain - leading an (ir)win-ning team from the front. Points & condolences all round. -
Alternatively, a Labour/Tory coalition would be just 1 short of a majority...

SNP Lies, Corruption and Hypocrisy- add them here
lichtgilphead replied to Wingman's topic in The Politics Forum
So Jedi, what would you expect the deleted messages to disclose? Perhaps Sturgeon "wanted to let the bodies pile high" like Boris Johnson? Perhaps Jason Leitch ignored scientific advice, like Rishi Sunak's disastrous 'eat out to help out' scheme? Perhaps didgy PPE contracts were handed out to SNP cronies on the basis of WhatsApp requests? Even though the Tories deleted their messages, we know that Westminster was guilty of all 3 things I mention above What are you (and others) suggesting that the SNP did wrongly? The silence is deafening. Are you just trying to manufacture some 'SNPbaaaaad' outrage?- 345 replies

The Arbroath Thread

According to Ayr, PPV is available to purchase from 5pm Given this, and the fact that the A82 is underwater near Luss, I've finally given up any last remaining thoughts of travelling. I'll not be buying the stream before 19:40 though... -
Arbroath v Ayr battle for the bottom
lichtgilphead replied to ryanayr1987's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
I was planning to leave around 2:30, and I suspect that others are in the same situation. Exactly when is this decision expected? -

Stadiums with no viewing from the Half-way Line

Nah. There's a couple of rows of seats above the tunnel. Not that easy to see in the photo below, but they are there. -
To up the pedantry stakes yet further, c (the speed of light) is a universal physical constant. If light is travelling through a material, it will be slowed by thar material's refractive index (n). The measured speed (v) is equal to c/n. In all cases, however, c = 299,792,458 metres per second. It's not like the speed of Usain Bolt at all. Even in ideal conditions, his times will not be constant. Otherwise he would equal his world record every time conditions were 'right'

To be pedantic, light travels very slightly slower through an atmosphere (around 50,000 metrs per second slower) The speed of light is defined by its speed in vacuum

According to the Acts of Union 1707, Article XIX preserves the independence of Scotland's legal system. According to Rishi, therefore, Scotland can ignore decisions of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. Well, you can't have your cake & eat it, can you? -

Where's the post then? Have the mods deleted it, just like last time you started using lissencephaly as an insult? Grow up. -

I see that @RuMoore has resorted to using disabilities as insults again. If I recall correctly, his Stormzy persona was reprimanded by the mods for using exactly the same slur. No wonder he's deleted the post. Disgusting behaviour. -
For various reasons which I won't go into here, there's many in the SNP that now wouldn't believe Liz Lloyd if she said the sky was blue.

They do mechanical watches as well as quartz. My Gagarin Heritage (centre) and my Sputnik Heritage (right) are both manual wind.

Here are the 3 Sturmanskie's I own - all bought from the official site. I've not had a moment's bother with them - nice watches. I don't have the GMT you're looking at though. Looks like a decent price. If you like it, you should get it.
