Thanks Raith.
Still think any team in this division will see off any league one team in a play off0 -
On the new north terrace stand. I’ve been going to Somerset Park for over 50 years and in that time the only ground development I have seen have been the family stand, the seggie fence, new floodlights and some toilets replaced. Believe me this development is a big deal.

Anyone had any problems with the page after you enter card details for the renewals? Not loading for me and eventually times out every time.
Don't want to burst into a fit of rage yet in case I’m being a fucking idiot.
Yip me too. Unable to logon

On the penalty stuff. Willoughby took the first well and Dowds got lucky with his. In that showing Willoughby should be our penalty taker

Chalmers is class. I would love to see him sign for us. Dowd would also be a good addition. Other than that I don’t care about the rest.

Great win today against probably the worst team since Brechin 2018 to play at this level. Musonda at left back looked the business today, easily head and shoulders our best player today.
Yes but he’s not a wing back. Remember the calibre of player he was up against. Way too slow for that position.

How worried are we that the three teams directly below us will suddenly turn into elite winning machines over the last few games?
Unlikely all 3 will but at least 2 will I’m sure

When he's not having a monumental brain fart, Jack Sanders is a very good centre back. Would have him permanently without a question.
OMG he’s a bomb scare. The sooner he’s back up the A77 the better. Get McGinty back in the team

As a loyal north terrace patron I can’t decide whether to go for the new stand or the trrracing?

Where is virginton these days?

Baird is very cute with his dirty play. I don’t blame the ref for missing that wee stamp

It’s amazing that Dundee United let Chalmers go and kept Middleton
Middleton is way better than Chalmers

That’s two brilliant challenges from Baird already

Struggle to do what though? If you mean get promoted then I would absolutely agree but this is the record below of L1 finishes by relegated sides the first season after
For last 5 seasonsRelegated sides 2022/23 - Hamilton miles ahead in 2nd. Cove pushing for play offs and no danger of bottom half of table.
Relegated sides 2021/22 - Dunfermline champions. QoTS just outside promotion play offs.
Relegated sides 2020/21 - Alloa just outside promotion play offs.
Relegated sides 2019/20 - Partick Thistle champions.
Relegated sides 2018/19 - Falkirk finished 2nd and missed out on title by 1 point
7 teams
1st place finishes - 2
2nd placed finishes - 2
5th placed finishes - 3 (Cove could be higher)
Yes I meant struggle to come straight back up. I didn’t mean further relegation, I can’t envision that.

Historically most teams that have been relegated have not found L1 easy. I suspect without wholesale changes both in management and players you guys will struggle as well.

16 goals and 15 assists or something like that this season for O'Connor. Never got a fair whack at us, never started 2 games in a row under Bullen I think, which is incredible.
I also agree that O’Connor didn’t get a real chance with us but I feel that the league he is now playing in is a step down from Scottish Championship.

Heard last night of an imminent extension for a certain injured left back in the next few weeks....
Does not surprise me.

Aye let’s get this done asap and get on with a massive rebuild
The difference between this season and last is Akinyemi, simple as that

Bye bye lads. It’ll be a tough gig to come straight back up but good luck for next season.

Don’t mind Raith, so all the best lads for the rest of the season. Just hope we can get the results we need to stay up.

Remember when James Maxwell wasn’t good enough for us at right back but now McAllister after one half decent performance gets a new contract. Underwhelming unless we’re in league one of course

With all these injuries it’s beginning to look like a poor strategy letting Ecrepoint go and loaning out Rose. These decisions could’ve cost us our league survival

I’m hoping for extra time and some Airdrie injuries

Looking at our run in with this squad light of players we are in major trouble. We play the top 3 away from home so don’t expect any return there. We really need to find a few wins from the home games I am now seriously concerned.
