Big problems this laddy has.

The good guys called this all along. I knew the no vote was very likely in September, but it's obvious that the Scottish Parliament will now get more powers after all the promises. If not, the Westminster parties seriously risk alienating soft no voters. The SNP will continue to show competent governance after these powers are delivered and when the last of the post-imperial old codgers die off, independence is an inevitability in 10, 15, 20 years time.

Last week Ladbrokes had the SNP winning more than ten seats at 8/11. Since these two polls, they have stopped taking bets on it and instead are offering 5/6 for them getting more than twenty.

It would be glorious if the SNP did indeed actually end up returning a very large number of seats though. Imagine Big Eck steaming into the Commons with about 30-40 of them. PMQs would be utter #scenes.

Although the poll is very pleasing, the seat numbers are still unlikely. The SNP getting say, 15-25 seats, would still be terrific and may actually be well within reach now.
