A fit Carrick is a better player than Keatings. He needs a good pre season to get himself match ready and then he's as good as a new player. Sow, Reilly, Carrick and El Hass would be a good set of options if they're all fully fit, but obviously if we can bring in better then great.

Oliver just signed an extension and Carrick has a year left I think.Loan would make sense I think. Carrick needs games after injuries last season and Oliver just needs games. Carrick went into last season in the starting team, but missed most of it. I'd certainly rather we kept both.

tbf most of them have played a good number of top flight games, or equivalent in better leagues.We'll have a lot more difficult games and some of the players might no be quite good enough but if Robbie is as good as it appears, I'd be expecting it to be a pretty smooth transition.

Without wanting to sound like a dick, top 6 is the minimum expectation. A well run Hearts should be top 4 every season.
