Beat wick 9-0 in the NOS cup last night. Purrington, Henderson, Samuel and Hiwula all played Henderson and Samuel bagged hat tricks whilst Hiwula scored one too. makes me wonder what’s happening with hiwula as he only played one friendly and if he’s playing for us this close to the window shutting then I can’t see him moving, latter part applied for purrington too

Callachan is good enough to be an option for us but agree to get him back up to fitness a loan makes sense, even if it was the likes of ICT. Hope we manage to get rid of Hiwula as for incomings another winger might be nice but our squad is in a decent place as it is

We’ve made a good start to the season and hopefully can make this a tricky one , but with the depth of rangers squad now I find it hard to see us getting anything better than a draw. The main question is whether mackay goes expansive like against Celtic or sit in like we have previously done against the old firm. Sitting in might be the best option and try and keep it to a low scoring draw , if we go expansive it’ll probably be a case of trying to out score them which could lead to an entertaining game. Odds on White to score!

White offers plenty to the team can’t quite get my head round why some people can’t see it Happy with all 3 extensions, assuming it’s just a year each as it’s not been announced as far as I can see

They’ll both play their part this season , Brophy was fantastic for us when fit last year , Henderson looked decent in pre season but we have a relatively settled team so they may have to bide their time

Wright on loan to Elgin , needs to do pretty well this season to have a chance with us

Feel like Turner and Sheaf were probably signed in the expectation Dhanda will leave at somepoint and they hope one of them will step up to the plate.

25 years old is a perfect age to sign a bit of experience but plenty time left to get a decent sale fee , previous experience in Spanish 2nd division, English league one and two, 6ft 3” nothing not to like about that signing on paper at least, look forward to seeing him play. feel our squad is just about complete now!

Really hope we can get him to extend his contract or else will just leave for free next summer

I think if Murray goes down straight away under the contact from Hart it would’ve been awarded as a penalty. The fact he carries on trying to run goes against him and when he goes down Hart is no where near him.

A weird feeling today , we scored 2 goals and had a decent start to the game but shot ourselves in the foot , the first 2 goals easily avoided, sims really reckless with the challenge then who knows what Baldwin was thinking at the 2nd. Refreshing seeing us try to take it to them but ultimately ended with the usual result.

Ah well after a good start , 2 brain farts in defence have us all but out of this 25 minutes in. can’t give a team of celtics quality these chances
