I'd like to think Gaston would be your first choice, however I've not seen Jamieson play. Gaston is a more than competent and experienced Championship goalkeeper. He's also pulled off some of the most ridiculous saves I've seen in the flesh. If it was the likes of Allison or Ederson making them you'd be seeing them on the telly all the time.

Would like to see us pick up Danny Rogers from Aberdeen on loan. Was at the Midden last season but didn't get a sniff. Pretty sure he had a solid season between the sticks for F*lkirk?

These budget cuts seem to be more severe than they first seemed. Millar spoke about how he believed we will be a play off team next season. This signing suggests its more of a "just looking to stay up" season. Hope he proves me wrong.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Gats heading to Dumbarton or even back to Albion. However I'm sure the likes of Arbroath or Alloa would be quite keen to pick him up also. A solid keeper (prone to the odd bit of madness) but has won us more points than I'd like to remember.

If Hopkin comes in and we resign Tidser, I'd already be more optimistic than I was at the start of last season.
