  1. Could definitely go either way but with a bit of luck they will hopefully go our way!
  2. We scored with the only shot we had tbf but our defence looked absolutely solid which was really pleasing. Our new signings all impressed as well. Don't think I'll make Penicuik but absolutely buzzing for Stranraer next week. Can't wait for the season to start
  3. Norway who are a few places above us are in danger of losing all of there teams in the next round. While Poland who are just above us could lose a couple of teams aswell. With Celtic, Aberdeen and Hearts we could take 6+ plus (CL is 2 points for a win I think) meaning that we could overtake both of them very soon.
  4. Ayr were at the Raydale Cup so this team will probably just be an u20/trialists team. Think I'll head along as I want to see the team before Stranraer and doubt I'll make it to Penicuik on Saturday
  5. A few of us heard rumours that the club was going to regenerate firs park as it would be cheaper than LK but there's not a chance it'll happen, we'll probably never get our own ground and be stuck in Ochilspew forever
  6. Sounds good, everything I've read about him sounds decent so hopefully a really good signing for us
  7. Aye think it was Cumbernauld United and he's a winger of some sort, a complete unknown haha!
  8. Dylan McGuigan signs, have really no idea where he plays in midfield or who he's signed from but hope he's a good player nonetheless
  9. http://www.falkirkherald.co.uk/news/crime/ex-falkirk-fc-starlet-courts-trouble-at-stirling-university-1-3946117 Ice-cream and tonic wine seems an interesting mix. Not too bothered by the result tonight as game time is more important, although judging by QP's photos on facebook Dolan looks like he lets in a howler of a goal
  10. McMillan and Glasgow can also play on the wings. Our teams pretty versatile but we need to get defenders and midfielders signed, presume there'll be a reasonable amount of trialists on show tonight. Pretty gutted that it's a closed door game tbh
  11. This also means that we won't get to see the team play until Stranraer in the League Cup unless we arrange some more friendlies
  12. Gavin McMillan resigned for next season, he seems to be a decent enough player although I haven't really seen much of him. He takes us to 12 players signed so probably still another 6 to go I reckon.
  13. Jamie Glasgow returns! Will never forget his winner in the 1-0 victory at Elgin a couple of years ago.
  14. I think attacking corners is more of a problem lol, can't remember the last time we scored a corner. Bring back near post corners for Bolo to flick in at the back post
  15. David Grants a striker so wouldn't expect him to be any good at defending corners!
  16. David Grant and his brother (I think) Andy have both signed from Camelon. Apparently Andy is a sweeper which makes you wonder if Connor Greene might be leaving?
  17. Welcome to the life of Lowland League cannon fodder
  18. Can't really blame him if true, most players would choose League 1 over Lowland League.
  19. They fit well into their policy of only signing SPFL rejects however, all that counts.
  20. You'd think listening to some folk that we've signed the entire Camelon squad and not just their 4 best players, including one of the most sought after players in the local game!
  21. David McKenna and Max Wright have signed for Annan Athletic, pleased for both of them that they've managed to stay in the SPFL although surprised that Max Wright was wanted as i didn't feel like hes played too well the last couple of seasons. The Irn-Bru Cup is also drawn tomorrow and i think we will be drawn against one of Cove, Brora, Formartine, Turriff, Montrose, Stirling or Arbroath, none of which are overly appealing imo.
  22. Apparently Lithgae Rose have also signed Reece Donaldson, he'll fit in well with the other junior league cloggers.
